Great pickup service. Online is better than in person because service can be very slow to be honest. Depending on case scenario. Tho was annoyed cashier dropped my new book on counter after being startled over a phone call distraction.

Easy place to navigate and really helpful customer service

Both the student staff and the faculty are very very nice and helpful and the layout of the store is very organized and textbooks are easily locatable. However, the prices are higher than Amazon on certain textbooks and the buyback is an absolute joke. I know it isn't the staff's fault but only wanting to give my a cumulative of $10.00 for 5 textbooks which cost me between 185.00 to 285.00 dollars each and are barely a semester old is absurd.

Great place they always have all the books well organized and by classes I love that. Makes it way easier to access them. They always have good discounts on the university shirts.... So cute love them. I have about 5 already

This was my only visit to this bookstore since my primary school is UHV. I had to take one class since it wasn't available at my location. The store is well organized and the staff was pleasant. I was in and out in less than 15 minutes.

Yeah it's expensive, but that's always the risk you run with school bookstores, BUT the staff is awesome. Students at the desks were very helpful to me and I was able to make that trip very fast. Thanks guys! 😊

They have Pocky! Strawberry Pocky, Chocolate Pocky.... Okay besides that! The bookstore on campus provides excellent customer service and help. In addition, they had everything I needed to start the semester! Thanks!

This place is now owned by Follette. We are currently working with Google to update the page. Normal hours are from 8:00am-5:00pm, Mon-Thurs. Rush weeks are from 8:00am-8:00pm, Mon-Thurs. Friday hours are constantly 8:00am-2:00pm. Sorry for the confusion.

It is located in the Bayou Building. There is always fast and nice customer service. Textbook pickup is in the back. Also, Starbucks isn't in this bookstore like at SJC.

Run by Barnes and Noble so you can use gift cards there. Cute little bookstore for merch.

It was my first time there. It was very open, airy and very clean. The lady at the register was very kind.
