Life Time

I have had a membership at this location for 6 years. The equipment provided is well maintained and there is usually no wait because of the number of machines they have. The weight training circuit is superb! There are wipes available for cleaning each machine, if needed. The free weights area is expansive. There is a yoga studio, aerobics studio, swimming pool, sauna, child care facility, locker rooms with restrooms and showers. The small amount I pay each month is more than reasonable for what is provided to its members. I also receive a monthly magazine called Life Experience. There are complimentary towels available, but I prefer to bring my own. There is a cafe on-site which is open during the day. There are multiple television screens on with subtitles located in front of the treadmills, cycles and elliptical machines. Great place to workout.

This gym is big spacious with plenty of machine. It typically takes me an hour to complete my work but since there's plenty of machines I can go right from on top another with no waiting time. Great place squat, deadlift or bench easily

Cat B., yoga instructor, saved my lower back… three years ago! Her Surrender (yin yoga) class taught me how to be patient with stretching, with proper breathing and relaxed postures. I really just wanted to give her the credit she deserves and hopefully alert others to her heaven-sent gift. I’m not sure I’d be here today if I hadn’t found her class.

I enjoy this gym each time I go. It has all the equipment you could possibly need for a thorough workout. It has lots of classes available throughout the week. The locker room and showers are clean and nice. There is a dry sauna, a steam room, and a good-sized pool. Towel service and many other things. Don't let the picky people with the low ratings fool you, this is a nice gym.

You can not go wrong by joining Lifetime Fitness. The place is clean, and the staff is highly professional.

I’m a big fan of this gym, it’s super clean has plenty of equipment and a nice pool. If you can negotiate and pay $60 a month for the student membership, it’s definitely worth the $2 a day for better health. People will complain about a $60 gym membership and then proceed to blow that amount every weekend In beer no questions asked. Join this gym if you don’t mind paying an extra few bucks to never have to wait to use equipment and not fear gross dirty old equipment.

I joined Lifetime in July because I was tired of planet fitness. BEST switch I could've done. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful. Special shout out to Corey B and Jay. They are the absolute best. They are serious about fitness and about making sure people reach there individual goals. Both are awesome trainers. I would recommend this location to anyone looking for an amazing gym. Everything is ALWAYS clean (equipment, showers, ect).

Super clean Gym super nice staff this is the first gym I’ve been to that provides fresh and clean towels for you the whole time your working out & when you shower also the first gym I’ve been to that provides you with a lock for your belongings to be safe in your locker.

Sauna
Steam room etc…a little pricey but You most definitely get what your paying for.
Also they don’t make you sign or have a contract all they ask for is a 30 day courtesy notice & it’s quite the relief when you know your not getting tied into something in contract form.

I stopped in for a day pass to try out Lifetime. Excellent facilities in pristine condition; this is a beautiful gym. Wet and dry sauna, lockers with locks, showers, towels, basketball court, tons and tons of cardio equipment and sufficient weights. I'd be surprised if you ever have to wait for a cardio machine, but you may have to switch sets while waiting sometimes on weights during peak hours.

For the price, I feel like you get what you pay for... lots of other gyms in the area are 1/3 the price, so I plan to check out a few more before deciding.

I have a 2 year old, and I think if he was 3+ I would immediately purchase a membership here because of the kid center, weekly parents night out, swim lessons, etc. If I end up joining elsewhere, will see me back in about a year!

So glad I found LifeTime North Dallas. Joining was easy - no pressure sales pitch. Knew i needed to work out and could always find a reason to avoid until matched with the right trainer Jay K. He is a master at motivation. Over time staff has become my Life Time family. The gym is always clean, bright, equipment accessible and functioning. I no longer avoid working out!

Truly truly truly the BEST yoga classes I have ever attended in my life and I've been to studios all over LA and Dallas for years. Idk what they teach the teachers here but the caliber and expertise of the instructors here are top notch.

I've always been a casual yogi but since coming here to Life Time my practice and spirituality has grown. The teachers are all about going inward, dropping the ego, and focusing on your breath. I never feel that how they teach is inauthentic like some experiences I've had, where instructors just focus on spiritual "buzzwords" and don't provide depth or meaning to what message they're trying to convey. I've also noticed that all of the teachers are very knowledgeable on physiology and what your body is actually doing, which helps create imagery or visuals to deepen the postures and connect to your body.

I think since yoga has gotten very commercialized, the number of studios is so over saturated now and there is a real spectrum of the types of classes you will get when you enter a studio. Never could I have imagined that yoga classes offered at a GYM!!! could provide me with what Life Time has offered me.

The gym and other fitness classes are great too, space is very clean, staff is attentive and friendly, and I feel happy after I leave. I am gonna go as much as I can before I leave the DFW area. If you're looking for a nice gym experience without the attitude (no offense Equinox) then check out Life Time Fitness. So glad my parents dragged me here lmaoooooo.

It's a great place. They bring you towels, the lockers works by using password so you don't need bring your own lock or towel. They also have an indoor basketball court and a swimming pool that are really great.

Wonderful facility. I was a member for a year before I moved out of the area. The place is always spotless. Good price, lots of classes to pick from, clean, plenty of towels and no one bothers you. You can work out, feel good about yourself and have a smoothie at the cafe. Great way to spend a Saturday.

Their child center is awesome. Often my youngest naps there for an hour while my older child plays. When he wakes up, he wants to play too. They are always very nice and accommodating. My kids even tell me to keep working out when I go to pick them up. (At other gyms, they would cry, and I would have to stop working out to get them.)

Their swim program for kids is also very nice. Great coaches that are sweet and encouraging. I was surprised a pool fit in the building. It doesn't have a water slide like bigger gyms nor outside pool.

The gym is very clean. One time we had a problem with something, and they sent someone immediately to look at it.

Shannon made me feel very welcome letting me know if there anything she help me with I could come to her office. There was also a young lady that is a trainer, not Rebecca she was super sweet when I first came to the Gym. Went got me a white card to use in the locker and walk me through the whole process. That was a every lasting impression on me. The whole staff has been nothing short of friendly to me since I join so I would like to send a shout out to the staff of Trinity Mills Lifetime Fitness.

I stopped by here because I need to air up my basketball.

Shannon, the lady at the front desk, was incredibly kind and courteous. Even though I was not a member, she still took the time to assist me, while even offering me a guest pass to come back and try the gym out. I will definitely be back to try it out. She is awesome!! 😃

I've been a member for right over a year now, and I love it! The hot tub, steam rooms, and showers are great amenities to have and are kept very clean. The membership is quite pricey, but it's nice that I can go into the classroom areas to stretch in the quiet when they aren't in use and The gym is never packed. I've had memberships at cheaper gyms and always have trouble finding space or machines that aren't being camped on that's never a problem at LT.
It also nice that the staff members are all very friendly and are not pushy like some gyms are. (I hate being hassled by trainers and salespeople when I'm working out.)
My ONLY complaint is that I wish they had a "plus one" option for my membership. I was a member at 24hr several years ago and paid a small fee to bring any guest with me anytime I came. I like working out with a gym buddy and not everyone wants to pay that much for a membership.

BEST family-friendly gym with the BY FAR the BEST kids care I have ever found. This gym offers IT ALL from yoga classes to swimming to incredible trainers to kids classes to steam room. Literally the dream gym for families.
