Went here to get a broken strap fixed on my crossbody purse, during which time it was the Christmas season and they had a hell of a sale going. Love coach and it's products.

Store is clean, friendly staff and plenty of inventory so I always get exactly what I'm looking for. Update: I discovered a few days after getting my bag that it didn't come with the strap. Monica helped me find a resolution and I'm so thankful for her. I would recommend this store and look forward to coming back soon!

I enjoyed my shopping experience. Each associate greeted you with a smile throughout the store. My Niece is disabled and needed assistance with her shopping. The associate had her to sit and tell her what she was looking for. She got the items for my Niece. My Niece spent approximately $1900 there. We were really pleased with the service.
