Played this course for the first time today!
Absolutely love this course. Great mix of challenging shots. Cart friendly course. Some elevation changes, but not extreme.
Shaded in some areas, some holes out in the open. Well laid out and nicely maintained course. 2 courses here. I didn’t play the other side “Coyote” course today. Baskets for Beaver are blue, Coyote baskets are Red.
A couple easy shots over water but even a beginner should be able to clear the water.
I wish I lived closer to this park!

Well kept course. Immaculate. People out there making sure the park was free of trash and weeds kept in control. One of the best disc gold courses in North Texas...without doubt. Make sure you bring your long game, because par is illusive.

Fantastic disc golf course. Concrete tees were nice but could use more signage. Watch out for snakes! While out there we almost stepped in a copper head and water moccasin.

One of my favorite courses, anywhere!

I am originally from the northern US, I have played courses in many parts of the country. As a Dallas native now, I cannot state how glad I am to have a course of this caliber so near where we live! The views are scenic, the course is so well cared for, and the design is both FUN and CHALLENGING! Don’t get me wrong… Have I ever personally made par here for a whole round? Nope… But man do I enjoy trying! 😅

If you are looking for a course to play, and are willing to drive as much as an hour radius, put this place on your list. I’d maybe even go 90 minutes to play this course and it’s sister course (Coyote) together if you’re looking to make a day of it.

Head grounds keeper Ryan scaled a tree 15-20 meters up and got my disc down. Nicest thing someone has done for me playing disc golf. Course is very well maintained.

This place has two courses, I only have gone through one of them which takes you through a very beautiful wooded area, even in winter with everything dead and colorless it was very nice! Can't wait to come back here in summer.

The second course I believe was more advanced, it had two water features to shoot over. Being slightly newer and playing on Christmas day with new discs, I really didn't want to risk losing any.

This was my first disc golf course in TX. My buddy and I jokingly always say we spoiled ourselves by going to the best one first.

Awesome disc golf course, if you're ever in the Cedar Hill area this is definitely worth checking out. 2 full sized 18 hole courses on each side of the parking area to choose from (Coyote & Beaver). LOTS of trees of both and can be more on the advanced side with many tight lines. But still fun to play as a beginner to challenge yourself. Bring plenty of water! Mids and putters will be your advantage here.

We love this place bc of so many things: 2 wonderfully large courses to choose from. Lots of trees (shade in heat), well maintained w/random barrels for trash. Make sure you bring plenty of water and maybe a protein bar or 2, especially if you plan on tackling both courses. Depending on how crowded it may be, could take you all day, which in my opinion, is the BEST way to spend the day!
We live far west FTW, so we have to make a special trip there, otherwise, we'd be there every day.

One of my favorite parks for disc golf. Two of the best courses in the state on one property.

Beautiful park. Beaver course is well shaded. Clean. Lots of trash cans. Only Negative thing about the entire place is no bathrooms though. (Not even port-a-johns)

If you're looking for an awesome disc golf experience, look no further than Lester Lorch Park! This park is home to not one, but two incredible 18-hole courses that are sure to provide an exciting challenge for players of all skill levels.

One of the things I love most about this course is its convenience. Whether you're a local or just passing through, Lester Lorch Park is easy to get to and always well-maintained. The long open holes are great for players who want to let loose and really see how far they can throw, while the complex technical holes provide a fun challenge that keeps you on your toes.

The park itself is gorgeous, with clean woods and well-maintained grass that make for a beautiful backdrop while you play. And the pond in the middle adds a touch of serenity to the course that makes it feel like a true escape from the hustle and bustle of everyday life.

Overall, I can't recommend Lester Lorch Park enough to anyone looking for a fun, challenging disc golf experience. Whether you're a seasoned pro or just starting out, this park is sure to provide you with hours of entertainment and a beautiful setting to enjoy. So grab your discs and head on over to Lester Lorch Park - you won't regret it!

Unexpectedly quiet and relaxing being so close to the metroplex. My first visit will lead to a second. Well-groomed course.

Its all very wooded but Beaver is a good mix of big slightly open drives and technical follow ups. Coyote, besides a few big wholes, is more technical and wooded. If you have time and the stamina hit them both back to back its worth it. Great course if its maintained.

Amazing courses! Well maintained, pristine. 2 water hazards on front course. Parking lot can get packed on weekends but a lot of room for everyone to spread out on courses. Highly recommend back course but more hiking is involved
