I am very pleased with the service I recieved ! I had previously went to Ashley’s and the quote on the furniture jumped up tremendously when I went to buy, so I left went here! The piece I picked out was exactly in my price range , much better quality than Ashley’s, I was disappointed that I had to wait 2 months, we were offered our money back or we could pick another piece, we decided on waiting, very pleased with my furniture!!! The delivery guys were very professional they were easy on my furniture and very careful not to damage or leave any spots on it!! Good job guys👍👍👍👍👍my go to place now, thank you for your kind service and helping me pick out what was best!!

We found a sale item that we loved, the buying process brought me in to see Gina. Super helpful, knew exactly which item I was looking for and quickly got me taken care of. Then walked me through the delivery process.
Delivered 2 days later, loved we could track the truck and time of arrival via web.
The guys were clean, fast, and efficient. Our new piece looks great in the office!

I’ve been putting off buying a bedroom suite for myself for many years. I’ve looked several times but honestly never walked out of a store thinking that I would be satisfied with my purchase for what I was paying. I went into Four States and grabbed Brandy as my sales associate. She spent well over 2 hours with me because I was so back and forth on what I wanted.
I’m an extremely picky buyer.
Brandy not once lost patience with me (not that I could tell) She made sure everything I got would match perfectly and that it would be exactly what I wanted.

I loved how I could track the status of my delivery! It was very accurate. Even sending a text 15 minutes before delivery. Even though I was not there for delivery, I just want to thank the drivers for their courteous service!

I had a great experience with my two delivery men. They were very polite. They cared about the handling of my furniture and if I was satisfied. If I order from Ashley again I surely hope I get both of them again.

I have bought all of my furniture for the past 10 years from them, the staff is always so nice and helpful very professional. I go my last delivery a week early, was a great surprise. The delivery guys were so helpful and very professional.

Sales staff did an excellent job of explaining showing the various products.
The Manger was concern about me ordering a painting.
The lady's would assisted get financing were outstanding.

I am very satisfied with the delivery of our leather sofa we ordered from Ashley furniture. The delivery service use great care to prevent any damaging happening to the sofa bring it inside and we’re very professional the whole time. I would not hesitate using them again.

Four States Furniture is FANTASTIC!

As soon as we walked in we were greeted and offered something to drink while we browsed around.

Brandy went above and beyond while helping us find what we were looking for. She was not only knowledgeable, but steered us away from things she didn’t think would work for us.

Larry also came over and talked with us and gave valuable insight over what we were looking at.

My husband and I had a great experience shopping at Four States Furniture in Texarkana, Texas. We received a great price for our selections. Gina, Home Furnishing Specialist, was so personable and knowledgeable. She arranged to have our new furniture delivered before a planned dinner party. We are so pleased with our LAZBOY recliners. The delivery men were so nice and very efficient. Our only issue was the lateness of the hour delivery time. 6:00 or 7:00 p.m. is too late in our opinion unless that is requested by the customer. The gentlemen were courteous, went the “extra mile”, and cheerful. We are elderly so we needed to know the approximate time so we could get help-they texted a time and they were punctual…very good experience. They also had to weave around 4 lil Gkids 😂

Me and my husband had the pleasure of purchasing a couch with the assistance of the beyond wonderful Travis!! He made us feel comfortable, we did not feel “trapped” as I normally feel in these kinds of stores. I have severe social anxiety & it was unlike anywhere else. It was an overall just great experience! We also were helped by Sarah in customer service and she was also amazing and a HOOT! I felt like I had already knew them before coming in. A++ employees!!
