This is THE best beauty supply store I've ever been in! And I've seen plenty. It's a family-owned business. The two young adults who helped me seemed to really care and provide excellent customer service. Everyone was polite, knowledgeable and patient while showing me things and helping me figure out what to buy. They have EVERYTHING - everything! Tons of hairpieces, extensions, products. All the shelves were beautifully organized and well-stocked. I found a lot of grey hairpieces, which are really hard to find.

Bought some hair extensions for my gf, and the people working there were so nice and helpful. The older man (maybe about 50) and I talked about his family. Super relatable people and so friendly. Will definitely go back.

Passing through town and decided to stop in for a wig. I've lived in many other towns with hair stores, but none like Venus. I used to go there when I was younger and living in Killeen and wanted to see if my memory served it justice. It did. The place is awesome. Lots of hair and products to choose from. The staff is also very helpful.

I've been here a handful of times and it always has a good selection of hair items and accessories. The prices are fair and I have been happy with finding what I need everything I go in. Most importantly the staff does not make me feel unwanted or like a criminal for just shopping. So Thank You for that!!!

I have been coming to Venus since I was 10 years old when they were still in their previous location. I am now 32 and I have always been treated with respect and professionalism by both owners. I no longer live in Killeen, but when I am in town visiting my parents, I always stop by Venus and stock up on products.

Friendly staff great selection of beauty products and services are informative likewise the location is convenient. Prices are great and the products are of good quality. Thanks!

Variety of products and they have a reward type card for frequent shoppers. 10% of what you buy and you can use it once you earn $10.
