My experience working with their customer service team (Keshia) matched the quality of the product. These directors chairs are very sturdy and look great with our logo. Highly recommend this product.

I ordered three chairs and they were shipped and delivered very fast! The director chairs are good quality and easy to assemble. The fabric was true to color and they did a great job embroidering the chair. They even modified the artwork I sent them so it would work.

I ordered a custom chair for my wife who is the accountant for the movie What Rhymes With Reason. The staff did a fantastic job and the custom embroidery logo was perfect. Leann Redmon made it all happen and had the chair delivered on time with short notice. Thanks Leann and TheChairStore.

I was greatly impressed by not only the great customer service and super fast turn around and shipping of the chair we purchased. But also the superior quality of the materials and craftsmanship of the chair. We purchased this as a gift, it went over beautifully when presented at his movie premier. I would defiantly order more from the Chair Store any day of the week.

These chairs are not only super comfortable, but easy to store, and mine were old and faded, and Leann at the shop helped me enormously get them looking like brand new and with very cool new covers. I am going to buy some more, and will have them forever. Excellently made chairs (mine had been left in the snow for about 7 years and ignored, and they now look like new), and excellent customer support!

My desire to create a special gift for a friend's 8th grade graduation was inspired by the same chairs I received years ago. Amazingly, I was able to select the same color AND customize it with his name in a shade of thread perfectly matching his personality (and red hair)! Now that he is doing virtual learning, his Classic Director's Chair is enjoying daily use!

I LOVE THESE FOLKS - they do such fantastic work - we have ordered twice from them and each time has been exceptional

Not super impressed with their quality. The chair itself is not bad, however their embroidery needs a lot of work. I submitted custom text for a directors chair, and the item arrived in the wrong font, the text was off compared to how i entered it into the online form, and the text was embarrassingly crooked and off-center. I simply could not deliver the chair to my producer as i would have been laughed at (see pic). Im honestly pretty surprised that they looked at the finished job and still decided to ship.
After contacting the shop, they graciously agreed to send a new one, but unfortunately it was not much better.
Im now having to source another shop for a custom back.

So if youre looking for custom text, id suggest getting the chair here and having the embroidery done elsewhere.

Really horrible customer service. I had a stick break and ordered a replacement. The replacements were damaged in shipping by UPS. The Chair Store would not work with me to get a a replacement order. They would not respond to my emails or phone calls. They would not contact UPS and they blamed everything on UPS.

I ordered a chair 21 days ago. We are now over 6 days past the delivery due date. I have called multiple times and sent numerous emails and have not been contacted. I will be reporting to the better business bureau for fraud. This place is a scam.
