Friendly helpful workers and much easier to get help finding things unlike other stores I wont name. Parking is much easier now after remodel. They even brought up more cashiers once there was three people in line. Love shopping here.

Thomas was very helpful trying to find me a correct nut for my trucks for my roller skates. He patience and helpful and didn’t give up on helping me.

Good place for keys....1st place Ive found that can make RV keys. It took thrm a bit to find the RV key blanks, but they knew they had them. Found them, made me a key.

Thanks to the Key Lady and the guy that stayed diligent in trying to find the blanks and then actually made the key.

I went into this Ace looking for something I knew nothing about. Here I was standing confused when Joe came up and asked me “are you finding everything okay?” Joe is a very kind, helpful employee who didn’t make me stupid. We need more employees like Joe. Be like Joe. Give him a raise. Thanks Joe.

Upate: The entrance has changed, and the layout of the store is way different. This is not a negative, just a little fyi, still great employees and bigger selection! Great selection of items, and I love the new Milwaukee tool section. It's always a pleasure when visiting to get what I need and interact with the employees. Always helpful and informative, they never make you feel like you're bothering them. Just about anything you need for your day project they have, and if they don't, they sure can get it pretty quick. Don't forget to grab some popcorn on the way out!

Never been in a place that has such nice workers. So respectful and helpful. I’ve seen people complaining because of the updates but they’re only trying to upgrade it for the customers to be happy. They know there is a tad bit of a mess so they go the extra mile to make sure EVERY SINGLE PERSON that walks through the doors are greeted and helped to the fullest! Thank you ACE- I can’t keep my husband out of that place!!!!

Went in to ask questions to try to figure out a plan. The front lady and Kevin were so helpful . Prices were good as well.

Very helpful, small town atmosphere. Their prices can be a little higher than some big box stores, but you're going to get much better service and a smile!! Many hard to find items. If the big orange store doesn't have it, Ace probably will!!
