My father had A Fib with RVR and this place went above and beyond to get him better and stronger. No other hospital has been as helpful, friendly, and courteous as they have been

My experience here was amazing! Every single nurse and doctor made sure my comfort and health was their number 1 priority! I have a huge fear of needles and the nurses were so kind and understanding when taking my blood.

I'm checking in for a medical issue. Checkin was fast and efficient. Staff was helpful and professional.

They are pretty decent. They have gotten the wrong information on my records before, and failed to correct it when I informed them. I also had an incident with a medication, and they seem to have left me to suffer through it and left me for hours and released me when they returned. They took care of my granddaughter when I took her there for tonsillitis during the Thanksgiving holiday with fairly quick service because there was no one ahead of us when we got there. The check in was well.

I Went To The Emergency Room 3 Times In 1 Week, With Severe Headaches Coming From My Neck, They Said It Was Migraines!! I Was On My Knees Crying With These Headaches. They Did A CT And Said It Was Fine. I Then Went To My Primary Dr. And She Scheduled Test At The Imaging Center, WOW, What A Difference In Test Results.
Now I'll Be Seeing A Nerosugeon Due To My Neck. Which I Told Christus ER To Begin With. I Would Give 5 Stars, But They Didn't Take The Time To Get Correct Diagnosis And I Had To Wait For Appointments To Have The Test Done At Imaging Center, While Dealing With The Severe Headaches.
Thank You Chritus Imaging Center For Correct Diagnosis And All The Staff. And To My Dr For Sending Me There And Figuring Out What's Causing The Headaches.

My Granddaughter has been to the ER 2 or possibly 3 times in the last 2 weeks. She has pneumonia due to a covid positive test. The first time, she was dehydrated, they gave her fluids. The second time, I think she received some antibiotics, still no undrafted or admitting to the hospital. She had a care giver checking on her, Then her pulse Ox wasn't good and she went back again, was NEVER admitted. What are you folks doing to people. I thought this was a GOD FEARING HOSPITAL? We're is the compassion people? BELOW is my Granddaughter. She lives in Texarkana.
Upon her 4th try, and help from the complaint department. My granddaughter was admitted after being in the ER for hours. She had pneumonia and scars on her lungs from the covid virus. There was trouble in getting an IV in for treatment. She was on oxygen. BUT, after being in the Hospital for 2 days, she was released with prednisone and something for the possible reaction from it on her stomach. She's doing much better.

You arrive here hurting because you know from pass experience you have a block intestine so you wait 3 hours in waiting room then you finally get taken back to a room still hurting nothing for pain anyway you wait 1 1/2 hours in room then they finally come to get you to do CT Scan. Probably be another 1 to 2 hours before anyone gets to read it then you have to wait on doctor to come by. Which is so not for the patient comfort because you'll have 10 to 15 nurses running around not really doing anything. We have been here since 2pm and it is know 7 pm. Still waiting maybe get done by midnight.

Waiting is too long, Dr are too busy to actually help, and they don't seem to give you enough information.

lack of care and very dismissive.. we brought my 4 month old daughter in because she tested positive for RSV and was having retractions in her stomach and having a very hard time breathing and wheezing, we got fast tracked and once we saw the doctor she told me my daughter was fine and was not retracting nor was she wheezing and sent us home later that night i noticed my daughter getting worse so we made the 3 hour drive to children’s hospital in dallas where they immediately admitted us due to my daughters condition she was immediately put on oxygen. it’s sad when i can’t even trust my hometown ER to take care of my child… not to mention when we had came a few months back for a different reason when my daughter was around 2 months old we decided the wait was too long and we were going to try a urgent care nearby we told them to pull my daughters slip and we overheard a nurse say “oh good they are leaving.” like really? how unprofessional can you be?? if you want good childcare please just make the drive to children’s they have gone above and beyond for my child!! wish i could give this ER 0 stars.

Very unprofessional staff, lack of care. The patient was admitted with a motorcycle wreck and sent home 5 hours after admission. He complained of severe pain in his shoulder. They said there were no broke bones and no reason to keep him. His shoulder blade was broken and rotator cuff was almost completely torn. Dr. was very unprofessional and didn't seem to care at all.
