Well I don't know about the other reviews on the service of this place. We went there to try it out with our kids who live in Buhl, and wouldn't you know it we were seated and waited on by the red haired lady ( I wish I got her name). She was lovely and very attentive. The food was amazing and it looked like every patron was enjoying themselves. If you are ever in Buhl go in and try this place out. We will return for sure.

I found this place while on vacation. The food was AMAZING! If I lived nearby I would be in all the time. I had the mole enchiladas and an al pastor taco.

Traveling from Boise to Idaho Falls we stopped and saw the Malad Gorge, then 1000 Springs. We stopped in Buhl for dinner. We picked Vaquero and are very glad. The service was a little slow but more than made up for it in delicious. I had the Crab Enchilads that were only $12.99 and I was pleasantly suprised to find REAL lump crab! (Not immitation). The portions were quite large. It was clearly a local favorite as the place filled up quickly. The prices ranged feom $12-25. I will go back and eat here again for sure!

Carnita's were excellent, restaurant was full but waitress was friendly and helpful. Food was fresh and delicious.

We visited on a busy Saturday night and was helped right away with our order from waitress Lidia. She gave us some insight into what to order . The food was delicious. We also ordered a drink just by the picture, and when we tasted it, asked Denise what was in it. She was very informative, a mangonada. This is now the favorite restaurant whenever we are in town.

Food was very good as was service. Had the steak fajita salad and it was great. Peach jalapeño margarita, chips and salsa were also good.

Denise is a wonderful woman who owns this place. The food is outstanding. We are never disappointed in the food we order and never leave hungry. My mom can get her motorized chair 💺 in there and up to a table with no problem. And Denise knows her by name. It's like family/friends when you go in there to eat. Everything fresh, and a full bar 🍸 if you want a drink with your meal 😋. Go on in and have a drink and eat som delicious food.
