Zions Bank West Jordan/78th South

Lots of negative reviews here without fully understanding the real reasons. This bank has stopped Saturday's and shortened hours because of short staffed. Like many businesses, people would rather collect unemployment than have a job. I needed to replace my cracked debit card and get cash from my account. Yes, it took longer than I wanted it to. The teller was friendly, kind and kept me updated while I waited. Before you give a negative comment about "poor service", be kind first, and understanding. Don't misunderstand "poor service" with new employees and short staffing.

I would like to give more than 5 stars for the service provided by David Cruz and his team on my loan process. when my process started David and his team gave me updates in every step with the process and closed the loan on time. Appreciate their help and i would recommend this branch.

Very slow drive thru customer service

We had a mistake happen on our account and were told by customer service over the phone that we needed to visit a branch. The teller at this location couldn't do what needed to be done, so she had us speak with the branch manager. I couldn't believe the way the branch manager talked to me. She immediately became defensive and started belittling me and telling me that I didn't know how to bank. The way she spoke to me was as if we had tried to commit fraud with our own money. The reality is that there was a miscommunication between us and the original branch when we opened our account. Customer service assured us that they would be happy to help us get the issue fixed at a branch location. The teller proceeded to tell us that they get customers all the time who come in because customer service told them to visit a branch and that the branch can't help them either. I don't recommend going to this location if needed, there are plenty of other branches that are wonderful and helpful.
