U.S. Bank Branch

The team there is pleasant, friendly, capable and quick. They have helped me with a wide range of banking issues - they always do the extra steps to ensure the transaction is succesful (i.e. calling another branch in another state). I always get excellent service and often go out of my way to visit this branch.

I love having a bank in a grocery store. One stop shopping. I highly recommend Us bank credit cards and Moneypass atm network. Will be a customer for life . Love having a bank in a grocery store

the male staff is super slow, sometimes it seems that they do not like to attend to people, usually there is only one cashier attending and the other is spent in the office.

Don’t come to this location, staff has no idea what they’re doing. I came in 5/22 3:45 to get a temporary card, the mask less banker, who also made a comment about me wearing a mask. Didn’t correctly set up my temporary card and now I can’t use $2,500 in my account because this idiot doesn’t know how to do his job.
So now I called customer and I have to wait 7-10 b days for them to mail me the correct pin. Amazing customer experience right.

I told them to freeze my account serveral times during Covid. I haven't used the account in 4 months and everyday I wake up with an email $36 charge from an overdraft attempted. This is a prime example of predatory banking. If you are considering banking here I absolutely warn you to not. I even convinced my bosses to close thier Multi Million dollar business account. I won't be back til they make things right.
