Matt did a great job cutting and wrapping my beef. He was very professional and easy to work with.

If you get the opportunity to have Matt butcher your animal ya best take it !!! He does excellent work. All cuts are as asked for and the double wrapped can't be beat! I have used other butchers before that used the vacuum style wrapping and it just doesn't last in the freezer. Be smart and use Bates Custom Cutting & Meats....
