Great experience year after year when I need to order new uniforms. We had an issue come up and it was resolved immediately.

Great customer service!

I ordered 10 pairs of medium pink socks for my daughters soccer team to wear during breast cancer awareness month. The socks arrived timely, however I did not review my order until a few weeks after the fact, and after having handed out all of the socks to the girls on the team.

After the fact I realized I had received all size "small" socks instead. I had accidentally deleted my email confirmation from the company about my order so I was trying to figure out how to remedy this issue - or if they would even help me out.

I emailed the company about the issue, providing my email address that I placed my order with, the FedEx tracking number, my date of purchase and so on, explaining that I received the wrong size socks from what I ordered.

The very next day, they found my order, realized their error, and sent out 10 new pairs of socks that were medium size - telling me we did not have to return the small socks that were originally delivered in error and that we could keep them or donate them instead.

They didn't hassle over it, they just fixed the issue, no questions asked. It was really painless. I would definitely do business with this company again.

We ordered basketball uniforms from Protime Sports, they are amazing!! Andrew has worked with us on creating the design we wanted. Once we had what we wanted they got them to us faster than estimated. We will for sure be using them in the future! Andrew and Josh have been so great to work with!

Our Little League ordered spring uniforms and hats. Philip was so helpful, stayed in constant contact, and extremely nice. The product was very high quality. We were so impressed, we ordered our all star uniforms from them as well. Philip made us look like Pros. I was especially impressed with how fast we recieved our shipment. By far the most consumer friendly, quality products, and quick fulfillment we have ever had!

We needed to pick up a last minute soccer uniform and Daniella was amazing! She was helpful both on the phone and in person. As it's the fall sports season I could tell that they were slammed, but she still took the time to help us get the items we needed so our son wasn't playing soccer without a uniform! Thanks so much.

I placed an order for printed soccer jerseys with about two weeks until the start of the season. I was very worried they wouldn't arrive in time for our first game, but they arrived with several days to spare.

Protime was very accommodating when it came to my graphics and specific numbering. I was able to email my design which made it even easier.

I was supplied with a proof and quote that included everything including shipping before the order was processed. Prices were fair and reasonable. They have superb customer service over the phone and by email.

We've been using Protime for ever and we have never had an issue, they are dependable and reliable. We are running 3 different programs with roughly 2000 kids in the Bay Area. No matter what we order it always arrives well ahead of time and we have yet to make any returns. The custom uniforms are great and I love how they send you mockups and pricing upfront as are the ref gear and other equipment. We just placed an order for 1400 uniform sets and we will have them by July 27th. Overall I would recommend Protime to all organisations out there as the friendliness and professionalism starts with the owners and continues throughout the office with our sales rep doing everything she can for us. We (Direct Kick Soccer) are a retailer that loves Protime. 2 day shipping, great customer service. We have never been let down by Protime, and that is why we outfit a lot of local teams in the gear they wear. If you want some cheap knock off, go online and get your chinese crap, if you decent stuff at a fair price, always go Protime. I read the negative reviews, and they seem more fraudulent than the company.

As a former operations manager for RCL club, we couldn't have been more pleased with the working relationship with ProTime during my 10 years t here. From product, to customer service and price, there was no comparison for us. Now that I am a few years removed, I am happy to see our local club still using ProTime for all programs in the club. The ClubID kits for the rcl teams were awesome.
