Had an issue with my phone. Employee( Tori) was straight with me and told me that this issue was a first. Never seen this before. She proceeded to attempt to figure out the issue and correct it. The entire time, she constantly told me that she was sorry it was taking so long. Very polite and professional. She eventually fixed my phone, apologised again for the time, then with a smile, said anymore issues just bring the phone back and she will gladly take care of it. By the way, from the time I walked in and walked out of the store...22 minutes. I don't know why she kept apologising, I thought she was very quick.
