Simon's Furniture in Frankin, MA, is best for major appliances. I purchased a Kitchen Aid wall oven that was promptly delivered and was installed today by their outside vendor, Tri-State Appliances. From the sale to the installation, the process was seamless and professional. Not to mention, Simon's prices beat the Big Box stores. Overall, I would not hesitate to recommend the great staff at Simon’s. I have purchased mattresses and washer dryers in the past, and you can count on Simon's Furniture to come through for you.

I cannot say enough about the wonderful experience I had purchasing a mattress at Simon's Furniture in Franklin. After reading (negative) reviews of the competing big chain mattress stores, I wanted to find a more personalized purchasing experience and I certainly did at Simon's. The sales staff (Mike and June) took the time to guide me and even had a training executive (Lisa) from Stearns & Foster/Sealy answer several of my detailed questions. But the one thing that stood out to me about the competency of Simons' sales staff was their patience and expertise. When I was torn between two different models, a salesperson (Mike) suggested laying quietly on each mattress for 15-20 minutes. That was the difference-maker. It took some time but after doing so, it was obvious which mattress suited me best. Mike also explained the various options for the box springs and adjustable bases. the model I bought was in stock and was delivered for free within a few days by an amazing team. They carried the mattress and base upstairs and offered to assemble everything. Then they removed the old mattress ($50 fee). If you're looking for a new mattress, do yourself a favor and visit the bedroom showroom at Simon's Furniture (it's in one of the two lower-level showrooms). The showroom has as many, if not more mattresses on the floor as any of the big chain stores. They have options at every price point too. I highly recommend Simon's for their outstanding customer care and range of products.

We have ordered a bunch of new furniture in the past 6 months from Simon's. Absolute great quality and great service in store. BUT, I think the best part of Simon's is their delivery team. They are so professional and kind. It is always a pleasure to have them in our home!

We ran into an issue with a sofa purchased at Simon's less than a year ago. From the front office to the owner to the sales person that assisted with a replacement sofa, we could not have had a better experience. After a full manufacturer refund for my old sofa, Simon's sales associate Chrissy was patient, knowledgeable, and helpful in choosing a new sofa. This is not my first excellent experience with Simon's and I highly recommend shopping local before visiting larger, less personal retailers.

We have been long time customers at this amazing store. The furniture choices are beautiful with such a wide range of styles, so many of which are staged as you would in your own home so you can visualize better how it would look. The sales personnel is very knowledgeable and accommodating....they make shopping here a pleasure......office staff also. We have never felt rushed or pressured and have always walked out smiling after a genuinely nice transaction. Simon's is just a great place to shop!

My wife and I ordered a sofa and matching ottoman. The showroom sales staff waited on us promptly and were informative and courteous. We have purchased furniture at Simon's before and have always been treated well and the furniture has been well made. Simon's followed up with us by phone after our purchase to give status of our order. And they
provided advance notice of delivery and delivered as promised.

I ordered a counter-depth fridge from Simon's that I would have waited a month for had I ordered through Home Depot. Instead Simon's had the fridge ready to deliver in a few days at the same price plus a rebate.

Jared Simon called to confirm the order (as I did it online at night), very friendly staff, no attempts at up-sells. The delivery was scheduled between 2-5 and they were at my house about 2:01. The delivery staff very friendly and professional.

Will definitely do business with them again, can't go wrong.

Very impressed with this place. Good quality furniture and different styles. I can tell it's a Family business and love to see the owner around the store checking on you. The Sales Lady was so nice and helpful with all our questions and setting with the right expectations for delivery due to covid. Great experience taking care of their customers with appointments and limiting the amount of people inside of the store. They make us feel safe with this environment.

After some searching larger regional furniture "chain" stores we came back to our hometown. Simon's had everything we wanted at a reasonable price and good quality. Service excellent from sales through delivery. We've bought appliances and furniture in the past and this time bought six dining room chairs. Will finish the set in the new year!

I had been looking for cabinetry for my great room for several months with no success. I needed a special configuration tall and wide, above 9’ tall. Jason and Jared personally came to my rescue.
They suggested a company that could customize every detail for an affordable price. And then they spent time with me advising on sizing and colors.
The cabinets are gorgeous; perfect size and look. And importantly, quality wood and workmanship. I am thrilled and impressed.

I have been a customer of Simon's for years. Even today I am stopping in to purchase a mattress and frame. It is disappointing to see complaints on this business. I have never had a bad experience. Very much the opposite. There have even been times when because of health issues at home or emergency at home items have been needed immediately and I was accommodated immediately. Our large families have all been more than satisfied with our purchases and experiences! Keep up the good work!

The owner and Mel and people at Simons were very helpful in helping us choose our new dining set.
I went twice to look at sets and decided on a custom order which Mel helped me with.
Took a little time but Mel was very patient and helpful.
The dining set came in about 8-10 wks. It arrived in perfect condition and is beautiful!
Loved the craftsmanship and quality of this furniture!

We shopped multiple stores for our new sectional - "big box", "big name" but Simon's had the best value products, most knowledgable staff and had the caring and personal commitment that you will only find in a "mom and pop" store. The product is excellent and the delivery was on schedule with no surprises or delays! Couldn't ask for a better experience.

Best furniture and appliance store, and close to home! Spent hours yesterday looking for the right recliner at other big furniture store in Natick and couldn't find the right one at a reasonable price.
