Family Hearing Care Center

I also went to this place for my hearing care and they were very nice. Unfortunately though I had to stop going because I was no longer qualified for the insurance I had. So I couldn't afford to go. But i do recommend them highly. They still send me Christmas cards every year 😊
Update: they now take my current insurance so I decided to go back. Best decision I've made. Had my appointment today with them and I felt extremely happy with everything. They are super nice and make me feel more than welcome. I wish all my other doctors were this welcoming. Looking forward to my next appointment.

I have gone to 3 different places to get fit with hearing aids, all of them treated me like a customer but at family hearing care center they did not treat me like a customer, they treated me like family, I felt that they were really concerned about my problem and they really wanted to help me. Dr. John Klefeker, I have never seen somebody like him, he makes you feel special!, he's a great Doctor! I got fitted with my hearing aids there 2 years ago and I can hear much better when I wear them. I just wanna give a big THANKS to Dr. John and all The staff that works there! Tiago.

John is a great person and cares about his clients providing personalized service. Now living in Florida he is still willing to help us out through the mail.
