Mac's Tire Service

Got a flat tire in temple hills and drove 16 miles on a flat all the way to Macs. Got a new tire for only $150 took 15 min. Super friendly tech as well as cashier. This place is a great resource for uber and lyft drivers who have tire issues in middle of night.

A new tire I previously purchased from Macs a little over a year ago had a bubble in it. The team recognized the tire, researched my account for purchase history, and determined the tire was still under warranty. I paid $8 in taxes and service fees for a replacement. That made my day! The team at Macs took great care of me! I love the 24 hour express service. Definitely recommend!

I'm very happy with the service I received at Mac tire shop. They were professional, courteous and efficient. They found the issue in my tire that other shops had missed, and explained it to me clearly. They had a replacement tire in stock and installed it quickly. Fast efficient and competent. And the value for money is exceptional. This is in fact the second place I went to to have my tire looked at and fixed. The first place couldn’t find anything wrong with it and told me it was okay when it clearly wasn’t. Mac’s the problem and fixed it in under 10 minutes. I waited in the line to be seen for about 20. Fantastic service. If I have any problems with My in the future, I know where to go.

I had a flat tire and when the tow driver arrived he told me he had the perfect shop that would repair my tire to get me home safely. Mac's Tire Service did the job. My repair guy plugged the tire, gave me a nice smile and said I was good to Go! Thanks so Much! I highly recommend them!

I was visiting some friends in DC and came out Sunday morning to a flat tire after having parked in front of a house where some construction was being done. I thought I might be stranded in DC until Monday when I could get a new tire, so I was pleasantly surprised when a friend told me about Mac's 24 hour service. The whole process took probably only 30 minutes from arriving, waiting for my turn, having the work done, and getting on my way. Thank you, Mac's, for not allowing my flat tire to ruin my day!

Was about to get my car towed to Northern Virginia and checked DC for 24/7 Tore repair sites. Saw two and instinctively picked Mac’s. I made the RIGHT decision. There was a line;however, friendly:knowledgeable staff. Expedient and quality workmanship. Have to travel back to leave a cash tip.

I needed to replace a front tire after a run in with a pothole. I first called the nearest Mr. Tire and they told me it would be a long wait and that it would be best to leave my car, probably overnight. A friend mentioned her good experience at Mac's so I went there instead. When I arrived two cars were being worked on and two others were ahead of me and still I was out with a new tire in under an hour. When you go take a little cash to tip your tech. They work hard and deserve a little extra.

Hugo was efficient in finding the nail in my tire, precise in plugging it and pleasant with which to speak…and for only $20. Can’t recommend this place enough.

Arrived at 12:30 pm March 7, 2024. Had 4 new tires installed. The service was swift and professional. The cost was excellent for quality tires. I highly recommend this shop, a historic business minority owned.

I remember seeing the long car lines late at night and was surprised that it was for tire repairs. Fast forward a few years later and now I am a client in the line! It moved quickly and the tech was thorough and identified that the tire did not have a nail or damage -it was my rim. Dang fracture. The best -service expense was reasonable!

Mac’s Tire service never disappoints! The service has been great even with the transition of staff. I drive all the way from Fort Washington for the best service and prices. Excellent and fast tire service! I woke up to a flat tire on Sunday morning. Unfortunately, we did not have a spare. Fortunately, we live fairly close to Mac’s Tire Service and decided to give them a try. I was blown away by the level of service and speed which they resolved my issue. I recently had the pleasure of using the tire repair services at this shop, and I must say, I was thoroughly impressed. Not only do they offer a convenient 24-hour service every day of the week, but their staff is also incredibly knowledgeable and helpful. J, in particular, did an excellent job explaining the issue with our tire and efficiently fixing it. I highly recommend this place to anyone in need of tire repairs!

While touring colleges our car got a flat tire. AAA sent me to Mac's to get a new tire. We were out the door with a new tire in less than 30 minutes. The staff was efficient and friendly. If you find yourself in need of tire repair or replacement in DC, this is the spot.

Was in the D.C. area and 2.5 hours from home on a Sunday night when we got a flat. No way the spare donut tire was going to get us all the way home to western PA. We googled 24 hour tire service and found Mac’s. We showed up at 9:00 PM and were promptly taken care of. We got a decent used tire, mounted for $70 and were back in the road in about 20 minutes. We are extremely satisfied with the prompt service and reasonable price.

Never heard of this service until this week. Glad to know of Mac’s. They did a great job testing and replacing my tire. Love the 24 hour business - I was able to go to them On a holiday night. At $210 new tire was more expensive than other replacement tires have been, however.
