Called in two pies for pick-up, got there when they told me to, and they were hot and ready to go. The place was packed but the pies were done on time and perfect. Very impressed and will definitely be coming back for more.

Who would’ve thought beans on a pizza would work - the bean special is a must try, regardless of if it’s morally correct. It’s not as offensive as you’d expect, actually it’s delicious.

Service inside was lovely, everyone was kind and attentive as we waited for our pizzas.

This is The Best South Shore Bar Pizza Around.😋 From The Linguica and Onion to The Baked Bean Special Pizza are so Delicious 😋. Salami and Extra Cheese,😋😋Hamburger and Onion we Order them Laced and Well Done Always Perfect. 😋

Ordered a pizza. It’s bar style pizza, about 10”. Pizza was good and fresh. Expect about 20min for your pizza as everything is made from scratch, apparently they don’t even have a freezer so you know it’s fresh! Recommend it if your close by.

Awesome South Coast bar pizza. I always get a cheese and a roni to judge any spot. The cheese was great, but roni blew me away!

A friend bought me we had a good time, they don't take cards so you have to bring cash old school like, but I've been to plenty places like that and the atmosphere is always better.

Recently had the pleasure of dining at Lynwood Cafe and I was thoroughly impressed with the food and atmosphere. The standout SSB pies are outstanding. I particularly loved the Onion - Laced and Extra Crispy... The baked bean special was also a highlight, with bold flavors and perfectly cooked ingredients. This was my first visit to Lynwood Cafe, but I will definitely be returning whenever I'm in the Randolph area. I highly recommend this cafe to anyone looking for delicious and satisfying pizza in a warm and friendly atmosphere. Great waitstaff as well 🍕

First time visitor to this iconic bar pizza establishment. Sometimes the build-up is so hyped it's impossible to meet expectations; but not this time. Absolute best bar pizza I've had. Had a linguica (ground...they'll do ground or sliced based on your preference...WHAT!!!) & pepper. Crust was perfect. Served piping hot, so good. Cash only, ATM available.

Yes, it's slightly more expensive than it was 10 years ago but for $10 per pizza it's a great value for the quality.

Absolutely fantastic pizza! Living in the north shore this style is not easy to come by. Id seen a spot about them on wicked bites and knew I had to try it myself. Went with a cheese laced style and a crispy linguica onion both were phenomenal! The staff was also very nice and helped me make the perfect choices. Will definitely be back next time im in the area! Beers for under 2 bucks was also a nice bonus 😄

What more is there to say? One of the OG bar pie pizza places in the South Shore. Worth the trip. Great service, great pizza, great atmosphere.

Laced and well done pizza. That's it. That's what you've gotta get here. Do wish prices were a bit lower for the size they are and that they had bacon pizzas but couldnt get these every week due to cost but its worth it every now and then for how good they are

Our first time trying the famous Lynwoods and won’t be the last. Order in advance and give yourself plenty of time because we waited an hour. Worth the wait.

I'm no pizza expert, not my thang! However, my husband is. So this is an exclusive review from him. He states: this is a quality ”bar pizza”. It's the best bar pizza in New England. For two, two toppings pizza he paid $21. He says it's a fair price. Down side, they only take cash, but they do have n ATM inside the bar. They also offer alcoholic beverage, not sure if it's good or not because he only gets pizza from there. When I asked if they serve anything else, he didn't know if they do 😅. Make sure you order ahead of time as it is always packed. For example, we placed a phone order and was told it will take up to 1 hour and ten minutes. However, he says that if you go in and order take out it is faster, roughly about 20-30 mins. Depends on the day, you may have to wait for a table if you decide to eat in. Another tip is that if you like your crust “crispy” you may want to order your pizza “lazed” so it will come out lightly burned edges. You also can ask for “half cooked” if you want to bring it home and cook it for later.

Overall this place is a gold mine for those who are pizza lovers.

Best South shore bar pizza around and one of the originators. That's all they offer for bar pizza ,if you like great bar pizza ,no frills and a retro looking place than five stars all the way. If your looking for something fancy this ain't for you. And they don't need you. They are legends for Pizza and know their niche market better than anyone.

I’ve been going to Lynwood since the 1970s. It has remained consistently superior to any other bar pizza anywhere. The quality ingredients deliver an exceptional pizza from plain cheese to whatever toppings you choose to add. During the 50yrs and counting I’ve enjoyed their pizzas I have never been disappointed, not once. Neither will you!

The cash-only and only being able to order through a phone call are the things holding this place back. Otherwise the pizza is top-notch.

Would recommend the mushroom onion pepper pizza.
