I have had my auto insurance policy with Balakin Insurance for over 4 years. This past year we bought a new home and Anthony and Lisa made the process so easy and seamless for us, bundling all of our policies together, giving us an amazing discount. Not only do they work to find you the best policies and applicable discounts, they handle the whole process so well making you feel so comfortable and confident that you're in good hands. They were also extremely helpful and informative advising me when my daughter first got her license (and her first fender-bender) The Balakin family definitely provides exceptional and personalized service that you don't get often anymore, and certainly not from the big box insurance companies.

I have been going to Balakin Insurance for over two decades. Every year I call around my renewal and they take their time to go over policy and look at ways to save money. I've been with Balakin insurance probably for a good 20 years now. In the beginning I would always meet with Paul Balakin Sr. and he was always personable and and great to deal with. Some years later he handed the majority of responsibilities off to his Neice Lisa who is just the friendliest and most helpful person you've could ever meet. I'm a challenging customer because I have a business with several vehicles (that I will sometimes forget to keep up with the insurance) yet even when I call on the phone she recognizes my voice and is ALWAYS happy to help. I will NEVER even consider using insurance agency. They make you feel like family when you walk in there and that is so hard to find these days.

I've been with Paul A. Balakin for a little around a decade. Throughout this time, I've worked primarily with Lisa. She has been an absolute dream to work with no matter what the reason. Whether it was a happy event like adding a vehicle and adjusting coverage or having an accident and dealing with the fallout, Lisa has been there for me. I've met Paul on a couple of occasions as well - great guy! Just a feel good, down to earth agent who actually cares about their insured. Lisa, Paul and co. have my highest recommendation.

Balakin is by far the best insurance carrier I have gone through ever. They are helpful in every way. I lost my paperwork they have copies of it in no time, they explained every step of the process, and they give the best rates. I recently got my license back and couldn't get a straight answer about what I needed to do to get insured. I called three other brokers in the area. I got in touch with Anthony at Balakin Ins. he took me right in and sat me down. He told me ( not to worry! we'll get you insured.) Lisa told me exactly how it would work for me. Between Anthony and lisa, I was in and out, in about 25 mins. The day before I got my policy Anthony spent 52mins on hold with R.M.V. to get me the info that I couldn't get the day before. I went to school with Erica and Paul Jr. they've always been a close family. Now they are my go to place for any Ins I will ever need.

Always goes out of their way to help their customer even when it is beyond the normal scope of their job. Also, it is so nice to actually talk to a real live person in person. No getting lost in the Auto-Attendant Voice Mail Universe.
