The new guy, James was very attentive and had outstanding customer service! Nothing like the lady that's usually there running the shop. He was unloading the truck and still came to help me out while everyone else just stared. Food was not the greatest, hopefully they can get that back on track. But just wanted to say I appreciate the customer service from him!

My family and I have been going here since the 90s. Now I enjoy it with my son who also loves the food. We’ve always ordered pizza and appetizers. The calzones are great too. Best sauce in the area too. This time I decided to try something new, the lasagna. This was the most delicious lasagna I’ve had in a very long time. The crisp fresh salad and generous garlic roll were a wonderful addition to the dish. Outstanding, thank you so very much.

They are understaffed, but they treat everyone like family. They know who I am when I call (I have a place!!)

My husband and all of his friends love the pizza by the slice combo.

They serve the gluten-free pizza in its own little foil pan, and it makes me feel safe. They use different tongs to pull mine out as well and cut it with a clean knife.

went in today while on lunch and got the buffalo chicken slice and peperoni slice and I have to say it was phenomenal!! Definitely recommend.

It is a nice laid back restaurant that has Italian ambiance & caters to the public with orders by phone, orders by internet. Eat in or take out & they even bring it to you for a price of course.

We placed an order by phone and the girl that answered was very sweet and attentive to everything I had asked for. The food was on point! Very delicious! We had the veal dinner, cheesesteak wrap, cheeseburger with the works, Italian sub, chopped anti pasta salad, onion rings and fries. I thought for sure with such a big order and different topping request that something would be wrong. I was wrong, everything was done to my request! Definitely recommend and we will be ordering here again.

This place is fantastic! We took our 2 young children in. The food was great, but the friendly, welcoming and loving staff and owners is what made the dinner fantastic, and probably one of the best (if not the very best) ever dining experiences we have ever had. We will definitely be back. Left with full bellies and smiles. Never pass this place, at least stop in for a fantastic canoli!!

We enjoyed our meals and calzone ,they are friendly and always make sure we get the best delicious food. They are out choice always!

I was skeptical because i am a truck driver out of town and order pizza and a chiken pRmagiana and oohhh my god was that thing hugeee and delicious , i couldnt finish it 🤦🏾‍♂ anyways come and try it and food pizza and soda only 20 bucks cant complain

Haven't been able to dine in in a long time. Been getting takeout . The staff is always nice . Plenty of food for what you pay . Cheesesteak is delicious and packed. The pizza is absolutely the best I've had and I've had my fill in the US and overseas.

I purchased the pasta with chicken and broccoli and let me just say that I have not tasted a fish like this no where this far. It was delicious. The garlic bread and salad was a plus as well.

I love this place been eating here for years the pizza and the chicken Alfredo is the best and keeps me going there I haven't been there in a while but I will go back as soon as I can and love the staff I recommend for all to go eat there you will not be disappointed at all trust me

I have been going to Bella villa since I was a teenager. Yh service is always great and they make you make you like family. I LOVE when JOJO is making pizza you can taste the love and care. It's ALWAYS great to see Tina!!!
My son will grow up loving this place as much as I do!!!

Update on 8/27/2021: We ordered 2 large steak sandwiches (with fried onions, of course, and mushrooms/sweet peppers), and they were the BEST steak sandwiches we've had in a long, long time! The sandwiches were HUGE, DELICIOUS, not greasy, and very filling. We love Louisa!!!

The best Pizza and Italian meals in Smyrna! Family run, a great local restaurant! We've been coming here for many years and it only gets better!

The cheese pie is on point and good unit of measure if the other food will be any good. would definitely recommend coming in and saying hello to "Mama" good food good service can't ask for more.

So this place is a gem. Incredibly tasty wings and pizza. Wonderful customer service. Absolutely nothing to complain about. I would have taken a picture but, the smell made that impossible. We had to dig right it. Made a fat kid happy!

Bella is a Smyrna staple, they have been there since I was a kid. Love the Pizza! My wife and i had our first date here.

Best darn pizza around. Staff is always welcoming, even when they are busy.

This food is unbelievable! I had the chicken parm, a bowl of cream of crab. And salad. The portions are huge and the prices are oddly low 😳. Homemade pasta, sauces, and soups.

They are a little slow because of all the orders, but trust me it's worth it. This place is a little 💎
