I go there once a day to get what I need close to me where I am

* I am a returning customer, and always have a great experience with their repair service.
* They are trustworthy, and never charge for something I do not need. This trust brings me to them repeatedly.
* I have been using their service for the past 6 years and 3 cars.

I've been getting my car inspected here for years. Yesterday was the first time I was there for car problem normally worked on by my car dealer's shop: a tire with a very slow leak. The mechanic identified the problem and fixed it while I waited in their comfortable and clean office, something my dealer's mechanic failed to do. I am so grateful and glad this was available during the pandemic.

Eddie ans Scott are always very friendly and courteous. I know by taking my cars to these guys that the work will be done right and they will be honest and not try to take advantage of me as a customer. More than once I've brought my car in for what I thought was one thing, only to have Ed say " it is only _____ ", and has saved me money.

It is hard to find trustworthy Mechanics, but this is one of the few shops that is honest and upfront about everything. I have had multiple repairs ranging from tires to oil changes done on my car. Every single repair I have had done at Totten Pond Shell, was done the right way the first time and I have had zero issues afterwards.

I always get my 2010 Highlander worked on at Totten Pond Shell. They always do a great job. The get it done that day. And they offer a ride if you need it. What's not to like!

The gas here is reasonably priced, and the staff members are polite. I've had a pretty good experience so far with Shell, nothing too controversial.
