2nd Street Tavern

We loved this restaurant. The service was outstanding & the food was excellent. This is an old building that feels very homey. We sat in a dining room with plenty of windows. They have a full bar & a nice selection of craft beer.

We went for lobster night /sushi night. The dinner menu was also available.food was excellent and service on point!! Great atmosphere ...check facebook for daily specials...

My fiancé and I stopped at the bar for a drink after dinner while on vacation. Both bartenders were quick and attentive. The drink prices were reasonable, the food that went by smelled and looked amazing. The ambiance is cozy and the porch seating looked nice for dinner. We would definitely go back!

This is our second visit in 2 years. I was determined to return because the last visit was such a pleasure. Both times we sat at the bar and the bartender remembered us from last year. Great conversation ensued. We ordered dessert and drinks. Pound cake with fruit and a chocolate mouse. Both were amazing! A definite recommend of you visit this quaint town.

Right on with his recommendations, the food was terrific! Clams were big and flavorful and the "Hog Wings" were interesting and a meal in themselves. I had the wahoo which was cooked to perfection and my husband had short ribs which were fork tender; I kept stealing bites to be sure. What a lovely place and great experience! We'll definitely be back. Thanks for making our Anniversary dinner as warm and wonderful as our marriage!

Athena is an excellent hostess and Elan was my waitress who was also phenomenal. A little disappointed they don't carry white zinfandel, however they have a champagne which is an excellent alternative. The 2nd Street Tavern is a beautifully restored historical building centered in the middle of a quaint little Beach town.

Mike, my bartender today, was top notch!!! Was quick to help me navigate the beer selection and was just good company while I was there dining alone on my day off!!! The crab cakes entree was also extremely enjoyable... Definetly will go there again!!!!

We just ordered Coconut shrimp and crab cakes from the carry out menu. Every thing was very delicious. Please help support this venue by ordering from their take out menu.

Food was amazing! They have seating inside at tables and the bar and outside on the porch or by the sidewalk. It was a bit of a wait to get a table but it was worth it.

Really yummy burger and fries. Tomato bisque soup really hit the spot. Great waiter, good view of second street from the porch.... what's not to like..... and open on a Tuesday off season!!!

Excellent food and the service was incredible. Some of the best drinks I've had in awhile and the staff were so awesome.

Had the fried green tomatoes with Lump crab which were superb. Also a nice draft list and a good outdoor dining experience
