The Pines American Bistro

Last Monday, we had the pleasure of dining at The Pines, and it was an unforgettable experience. From the moment we stepped in, the ambiance was inviting and the staff was incredibly welcoming.

We all decided to order the filet, and it was simply amazing. Each steak was cooked to perfection, exactly to the right temperature as requested. The flavors were exquisite, and the quality of the meat was evident in every bite.

Though our meal came out a few minutes late, the owner personally came out to apologize, which showed a level of care and dedication to customer service that is rare to find. This small delay was more than made up for by the exceptional quality of the food and the attentiveness of the staff.

The Pines has truly set the bar high for fine dining. We will definitely be returning and recommending this gem to all our friends and family. If you're looking for an exceptional dining experience, look no further than The Pines.

Wonderful dining experience on a Sunday in Rehoboth Beach. Our server, Antonio, was excellent: personable, knowledgeable, and fun! The food is always delicious at The Pines and was cooked perfectly. Drinks were great, and the atmosphere was exquisite. Thanks for a perfect evening!

We love The Pines! It’s our favorite restaurant in Delaware by far. One of the owners, Bob, made us feel so welcome. We had our ESA pups outside and he made us feel like royalty. The food was excellent, the cocktails were superb, and the wine selection was top notch. One of the greatest dining experiences of our life. If you are ever in Rehoboth be sure to make a stop at The Pines. You will definitely be glad you did.

I had a fantastic birthday dinner here with a group of friends. The food was great, presentation was beautiful, cocktails were lovely and service was outstanding. I usually enjoy this restaurant and the shows upstairs, but this visit with their new menu was exceptional.

Had such an amazing time for my friends birthday at top of the pine drag brunch! Such beautiful people performed so well! Never laughed this hard and had such a fabulous time the service was amazing and just a really nice atmosphere! Best Sunday brunch ever!

If you are looking for fun place to drink and also enjoy great good this is the place to go. The environment is fun as well. You can sit outside the balcony or sit inside awesomely decorated interior with beautiful art pieces you can buy. We ordered four different types of cocktails as you can see in the pictures. Each of them were just great. The food we ordered our fried octopus to start, salmon, and scallops. They all were made to the top fresh taste and very rich in flavor. So, if you are in town and want to enjoy good food and service with great environment, then I recommend this place! Try them out =)

Went to the drag show for girls weekend and had a fabulous time. Thanks Bob for getting us a table as we were newbies. The waitstaff were amazing and attentive. Drinks and appetizers were both tasty. Will definitely hit this spot up again next girls trip. Just loved Mona and her Divas. 👑

Went for the first time and really enjoyed everything I got. The kale salad was great…and I don’t even like kale. The salmon belly crudo was a blend of complementary flavors. The bone marrow was spicy (it has harissa), but I thought the bone marrow itself was insufficient compared to its piled high toppings that take over the flavor of the marrow. The Pine should get onto their meat provider for giving such poor quality bones..you’re only cheating your customers by providing an item with insufficient quantity of product, and for $18, I would expect two canoes if there’s hardly any marrow inside

Other than that, great experience and will definitely be returning!

We sat at the bar and the bartender mixed amazing drinks. We ordered fried green tomatoes that were pretty good, and the special of Char, clams and mixed vegetables was delicious. Also, don’t pass on the banana pudding it was scrumptious!

We were lucky enough to experience the first night of the new Fall menu for the entrees. Not wanting to let go of summer we started with the tuna carpacio with lots of sesame and some heat in some bites. That led to the Fall flavors of butternut squash and apple. The duck two ways was perfect atop the butternut farro and the perfectly seared scallops in the balanced squash and apple sauce was delicious.

Spent a wonderful evening with a group of friends at The Pines last week. We all really enjoyed the assortment of appetizers & our mains from the new menu & service from Jesse was perfect! Chef Kyle prepared a chocolate mousse cake with hazelnuts in celebration of my birthday which was just as delicious as it was beautifully presented. Great food & a really nice vibe! Thank you to everyone on the staff. Will be back soon!

Fabulous place with a great show venue upstairs. Table service and even a bar menu for appetizers and burgers during shows. The entertainment options cover a wide range and not just drag shows, although they have plenty of that if it's also something you like. Looking forward to the new menu upgrades.

A show was recently cancelled that our group had reservations for and the owner himself called the reservation contact to take care of the issue. Owner thought we were upset. We really weren't and he didn't need to go through all that trouble but it's great to know that they care that much to make the effort.

This level of care isn't always the norm with businesses in town. There's a DIFFERENT venue in Reho, which will remain nameless, who's owner would have just gone online and started whining arguments with reviewers. The Pines owners stepped up to make sure we were taken care of and as a local it's definitely nice to see even if it wasn't necessary in this situation.

Love this place! Delicious food - the bouillabaisse is wonderful - combined with a great wine selection. The atmosphere is airy and modern, but comfortable, with outdoor dining on a wide front porch and warm and friendly staff. Upstairs At The Pines is a large vibrant cocktail space with a delightful wine tasting on Wednesdays. Great place!!

We had a terrific dining experience at The Pines as part of a birthday celebration. I really enjoyed the salmon and the duck cassoulet and burger looked delicious. The staff are very friendly and the service was excellent.

Love this place! Service is excellent and food is superb. Super fresh, tasty, and thoughtfully prepared. We always come here when we're in Rehoboth!

Was here for Memorial Day weekend and it was such a cool place to hang out, people watch, nice drinks and a Light dinner

Went for July 4 Drag Brunch, and it was beyond amazing. The Pines’ service, ambiance, food & drinks are all incredible, and the performers are the best in the business and just incredible, inspirational people to be around. Don’t miss a chance to visit this amazing venue!
