Rite Aid

Very friendly. Decently staffed, the frozen food area has been down the last 2 times iv been there tho. But it's a pharmacy so that shouldn't be the main reason you're there any way lol

Cashier, Shikela, went over and beyond in helping me find product I needed. She was very kind and helpful. A true asset to Rite Aid!

I only had an experience with the pharmacy. And every time i go the staff is friendly, patient and very helpful. The only complaint i have is they never answer the phone if you call!

It is hard to understand why it takes this place so long to fill a script that was sent over an hour ago when you walk into an empty building. Especially when you are an existing customer. I'm switching back to CVS.

Used to love this place, deleted my review to make a new one that is more accurate.

Today I moved all my scripts to the Millsboro location because this one refuses to answer the phone. I called 5 times yesterday and 4 times today to check on a medication for my child and no one answered, just rings then back to recording, rings and back to recording. I fully understand that the pharmacies are understaffed, but at some point someone should be able to pick up, even if it’s to put me on hold until they can get to me.

I moved all my perscriptions and my husband's over from another near by Pharmacy due to the hours of the other pharmacy, however now I am finding this Rite Aids drive thru closed just about every time I go and then have to go inside which is fine, except the line is then about 5 people deep and doesn't seem to barely move. Seems they may have a staffing issue?

I will say the staff once you get a hold of them are very friendly but the never ever answer the phone I I’ve been trying for a week to get a refill via phone and no has answered yet smh…. I really think this pharmacy needs way more staff ASAP!!!! I’ve never had this issue with the MT. Herman rd pharmacy. Moved to Delmar happy that there was a rite aid down the street from me but atp I’ll rather drive and extra 20mins for better service!
