What a great visit - Ken was informative, couldn't have been nicer, and clearly cares deeply for his dogs. The dogs were so much fun to pet and play with - we loved them all. Koda LOVED his belly rubbed especially! This was a great activity and Lake Elmore is also beautiful to visit while you are there!

Ken and his beautiful huskies are the best tour guides in Vermont! We had perfect weather and a gorgeous sled ride through fields with mountain views and through the woods. We loved meeting the dogs and learning how each of their personalities affect how they work as a team. It was a real bucket list experience!

Had a great time. The dogs were enthusiastic and it was a great way to travel through the woods! It was quiet and smooth. We dressed for the single digit temps and were cozy in the bag. Ken was a great tour guide, very informative who obviously cared for his dogs very much.

Wonderful experience! It's in a beautiful location with views of the mountains. The people who run it are friendly and informative. The dogs are adorable and so enthusiastic! Worth every penny! When I had questions/concerns about bad weather the owner called me back quickly. My 11 yr old was nice and toasty in the sled even though the real feel temperature was only 10 degrees with strong wind gusts at times. The tour was about 45 min, but you get to meet and greet the dogs first and hang with them after, so the whole experience was about 1hr and 1/2/. They take great care of their dogs, feeding them chicken soup after the run. Would recommend to everyone!

What a wonderful experience! Ken and his pack really showed us an amazing time. The dogs are really beautiful. We loved every minute of this tour. If you have the chance to do this we highly recommend Peace Pups! Thanks Ken!

We had the most amazing day with Ken and the Peace pups. Full with laughs, fun, beautiful scenery, and ofcourse treats, and belly rubs. Ken was amazing and the bond he shares with those wonderful pups is truly special. The pups are so smart they knew exactly where to go without even trying to point them out to any direction, not once. This was an amazing experience, felt at total peace on that sled the whole time.Thank you Ken, spending time with you and your pups was the highlight of our trip. This was worth every single cent.

We were thrilled with our dogsled ride and would absolutely recommend! The dogs were friendly, our hosts were informative and a joy to be with on the ride. We learned a lot about the dogs and were taken through a beautiful, scenic course of mountains and woods. Definitely worth the money for a once in a lifetime experience. Dress warm!

This trip was part of my daughter's Christmas present. We had a fantastic time and are looking forward to going again next year. My daughter is all about the dogs! And luckily all three of us fit and made the weight limit!!

We had an incredible experience start to finish with Ken Haggett's guided tour to the summit of Mt. Mansfield. Our children (ages 15, 13, 9) loved the experience (as did the we, as parents!). We felt more confident knowing we had Ken's expertise supporting us, taking the most challenging trail to the top. Ken guided us with finesse through a few tenuous moments up (and down) the uppermost aspect of the trail to summit. We loved our gourmet lunch at the top, which fueled us through the 5.5 hour journey. Thank you Ken and we'd climb with you again in a heartbeat! The Noble Family

As the previous reviews all say, it's an amazing experience!!! The dogs are wonderful (and you can tell they love their "job", barking until they get to run), Ken takes such good care of them and you can tell he's so passionate about what he does. We were probably out on the trails about 45min - so relaxing and peaceful. And then afterwards you get to play with all the pups, giving them cookies and belly rubs :)

Thank you Ken for the wonderful experience and memories!

Awesome experience as an alternative to skiing or snowboarding in Stowe. The dogs are friendly and playful and Ken is very nice and accommodating. Great for all ages. Everyone should experience this!

The dogsled tour we had with Ken and his Huskies was one of the most pleasant experiences we have ever had. The place is easily found, and we started right on time. We were allowed to meet and pat the dogs before our ride. The full tour took about an hour, and we went through really nice woods. The dogs were very excited and happy during the whole process. I was able to feed the dogs treats brought by Ken after the run. Thanks to Ken and his dogs for this amazing experience.

My husband and I visited Peace Pups for a Kennel Tour and had the best time! Ken was wonderful to chat with and it is abundantly clear how much he cares for his pack of very sweet and fun dogs. We learned so much and enjoyed getting to hang out with a few of the dogs, all of which were so friendly and loved the attention. Thank you so much, Ken!

Fantastic experience! Our musher was Elle and she was delightful and full of info. The dogs are awesome. They were so excited to start they were barking up a storm, but as soon as they started pulling they were all business. The ride was on my bucket list for years and was so glad to find a more affordable ride. Ken and Elle were wonderful, perfect day and beautiful ride. We are recommending PeacePups to all our friends.

My tour with Peace Pups was just amazing. The day was picture perfect with blue skies and a foot of fresh snow. When I arrived I was greeted warmly and met the dog teams, the tour itself was amazing, Ken is hospitable , professional and friendly. The entire experience will be one of my favorite memories and I hope to go again.

Great experience. Ken makes you feel welcome, provides a brief intro to the dog team then straight into the sled. The sled ride last about 45mins to an hour and takes you through beautiful meadows and woodland trails. We had amazing conditions (fresh groomed snow, snow on the trees and bright blue sky). Ken has a little warming tent at the end of the trail where you can enjoy hot chocolate.

My daughter and I have always wanted to dog sled and some day take lessons. Arriving and walking up to the pack was adorable, what a friendly bunch ready to rock and roll! Ken and Jennifer couldn’t have been more welcoming and really educated us first timers. Ken really loves his dogs and that shines though.
We were warm and cozy in the sled, waiting for the dogs to be loaded up. After we launched my daughter and I giggled the entire time. What an adventure! If you’re in that neck of the woods it’s a must! We stayed at Stowe Mountain Lodge and it was an easy trip.

We booked both of Ken's teams and had a great time. He's very enthusiastic, authentic and has some beautiful dogs. If you're interested in a truly Vermont experience you need to meet him and his pups.
