Room was most epic. A lot of these older lodgings up here are dated. If you are expecting something newer then rent one of the condos or remodeled places for $$$. If you want clean place to stay with a very friendly and accommodating owner then this place is perfect. Clean, warm, plenty of hot water, affordable and friendly. I have stayed at plenty of spots up here over the last decade. This is up there on my list of favorites!

If you are looking for a modern and very clean hotel this isn't the place for you. It's a cheap motel with crappy bed covers, clean sheets, and clean towels. My buddies and I got exactly what we were expecting and had a good time in the hot tub. The owners are nice and it's 5 star in my book.

Cleanliness, hot-water, accommodating, and close proximity to both mountains at a fair price. Best place to stay in the greater Rutland area. Going to be my go-to spot for every time I’m in the area.

Affordable and clean, as long as you manage your expectations I don't see what problem you could have with the place. Internet could work better. I appreciated being able to control room temp. For me it was the perfect place to crash for a night between days skiing at Killington.

Everything I expected for budget motel. The owner was extremely friendly and help full. Rooms are older but well maintained. Will come back. After a long day on mountain the hot tub is a perfect treat.

The owner is friendly and accommodating. He often has suggestions for scenic motorcyle rides for us too. The room is comfortable and the breakfast area is always stocked with hot coffee, a waffle maker, bagels, and cereal. Cozy atmosphere all around.

I loved it! Cute little two bedded room, just enough for an overnight stay. Loved the decor , fun swings and really nice staff. Would recommend:)

super super lovely manager. he was very kind to me and my sister. this place has an older vibe to it, but its well kept to. its superbly priced. and if ever im back in vermont, this is where id want to stay.

Love everything about this place and the people that own and operate it. Clean rooms, hot shower, hot tub, minutes away from Killing ton and Pico. What more could you want? I'll be back again later this year!

Old fashioned country road motel , clean room and bathroom.Mr. Mayur Purohit (owner) welcomed us with a big smile thats priceless nowdays! He also gave me a bunch of routes to ride my motorcycle !

Clean, quiet, and affordable -almost to killington. Owners are awesome folks and this is a great stop. Will stay again
