Best Western Inn & Suites Rutland-Killington

This hotel and its staff were amazing to say the very least. The General Manager Lisa not only went above and beyond in her role, but her and her staff created a warm and welcoming environment for everyone. I cannot say enough great things about this hotel! Book a room here if you want a great experience in Vermont. We will definitely being staying here again soon. :)

we were welcomed by Steve and Jessica. They were very friendly and helpful as I didn't mention I needed a room on the first floor and we were place don the second floor. They went out of their way to accommodate us. when we return next year we won't even do a search for other hotels. Best Western will be our choice.

The rooms are so clean and spacious. All the housekeepers are very helpful. Tammy is amazing. She's always got a smile and is always easy to talk to. She made great recommendations on places to visit.

Our stay at the BW was really nice and relaxing. We found ourselves hanging out in the common room and just enjoying the atmosphere. We also enjoyed our room and all it offered for the family. Thank you We will be back.

My family has been staying here for almost a year now very consistently while we build a house near by. We have had such a wonderful experience every time we stay. Jessica at the front desk is hands down the most friendly, organized, pleasant, lovely person I have ever encountered at a hotel. We love this place!

Absolutely well over the top for service, I just can’t say enough about the person who checked us in and then her husband for all the extremely super service, the one super thing that convinced me to go to this Best Western is the fact that they DO NOT PARTICIPATE IN THE VERMONT VOUCHER PROGRAM. This means absolutely no rift raft or less desirable people around so you know you’re so much safer and secure in this place. All other motels in the Rutland region are homeless people and drug addicts shelters NO THANK YOU. I extremely highly recommend this Best Western for anyone looking for super secure accommodations!

We stayed in town for a wedding. The staff here have been extremely accommodating, especially to help us check in early on the day of the wedding! Specifically, I have been in contact with Jessica the most. She has gone above & beyond to make sure my family had a comfortable stay. I can’t recommend this place enough. Thank you, best western!

Its the perfect weekend stay when your skiing all weekend so close to the Mountains! Rooms need a bit of updating and some better cleaning but other than that its a great place to stay

Came here with my friend after a long drive looking for a place to crash for the night and recharge, it was the best. The worker at the front desk, Jason, was so nice, accommodating, and friendly. He made sure we had water and a quick snack before we went to our room. Really made the whole night a lot better. Would definitely stay again!

I come to killington quite often and I will be making this one of my main places to stay. Rooms are clean, staff are incredibly friendly. Jason and Marissa were extremely understanding, helpful, and hospitable and made our stay twice as enjoyable.

This is a very nice hotel with several separate buildings in a nicely landscaped wooded setting. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. The free breakfast was worth paying for, the food was fresh, well made and tasted great. The regular room was a little small and double beds weren't the desired size but neither detracted from our staff. We had our dog with us and they were fine with him (well behaved, big dog). This is the nicest hotel at a lower price point that I've been to in a long time.

In my opinion, this is the best hotel in Rutland.

The set-up in unique with the multiple buildings, however, the weather was very nice, so our walk to the main building was pleasant.

The room was very large, and had everything we needed.

The breakfast was AMAZING! What a great selection for a hotel this size. Tammy who took care of it, was friendly and asked if we needed anything.

The front desk staff offered bottled water for us upon arrival and when we were leaving.

Overall, just a great experience.

Rooms were clean, we called on our way for a last minute skit trip to Killington and the staff was very accommodating and helpful.

Prices are fair. Breakfast, more importantly coffee.. was included!

Clean room, a great variety of bath towels, soaps etc. They're trying to make your visit as comfortable as they can. Friendly staff!

We stayed here for a wedding. Originally we were booked somewhere else but they had water issues. Honestly I was weary about staying at a best western but we were pleasantly surprised with the accommodations. We had a room with full kitchen, dining room, and bedroom. The room was clean and welcoming when we arrived.

Stayed for 3 nights. Better than we expected. The Suite is spacious. VERY CLEAN!! Fully equipped kitchen. We had everything we needed. Breakfast was amazing! Location is very convenience. We were very pleased with our stay.

Great staff and attentive to your needs— always. Great views when snowing, and just an overall great little place nestled into the edge of the woods at the foot of Killington! Post card material!!!

Just did an overnight before we were staying a wedding venue . Was greeted so warmly by Jessica , welcomed w a bottle of water and a cookie !
