So impressed with the repairs on my 2022 Toyota Camry SE . We clipped a Deer on 91N, and their great work Makes me forget it even happened. I would recommend it to anyone looking. Easy to book, good communication, and beautiful results.

Collision works was amazing! I hit a deer and the front end of my car was damaged and I could not drive my car. I called other auto body shops in the area and they told me they were booking out until mid-January. When I called collision works they told me December but that they prioritize vehicles that come in and are not able to be driven. I had to wait a little while due to parts being ordered but the wait was worth it. Chris was amazing and kept me updated with the status of my vehicle. I picked up my car this evening and it looks brand new! Not only is the repair flawless but they detailed my entire car inside and out! I feel like I have a brand new car! I highly recommend! Collision Works in Hartford, VT are true professionals! My collision with a deer was more than unpleasant but my experience with Collision Works exceeded my expectations in every way. I personally dealt with both Eric and Dan and they were both knowledgeable, patient, and kind every step of the way. Communication was easy and all of my questions were always answered. These guys genuinely listen and care about the customers needs and put them first. You can see they have a real passion for what they do and will stop at nothing to provide excellent customer service and results. I knew my car was in good hands and the stress I had was gone after talking with them.

Collision Works were great to work with when getting my bumper fixed. It was such a quick and painless process. I will definitely be recommending them.

This place is a hidden gem in the sea of shady operators and greedy insurance companies. Dan is ethical and wants things fixed right and fully covered. He caught my insurance company cheating me on appearance allowances and ended up getting more of my car fixed than what the insurance company was going to do. This isn't just because he got paid for more repairs. A short while later our child care provider totaled a different car. Even though Dan didn't get paid a cent to repair the car, he helped me establish a high value for the car and we ended up getting a great settlement. And the repairs he has done always look great (and so did the cleaning detail--something extra I opted for and didn't even know they offer there). I can't recommend them enough.

The entire crew was fantastic. From the appraiser to the Enterprise representative handling the rental. I backed into a vehicle and was just mortified, this was a first. My insurance company, USAA recommended CW for repair. I have never used a repair shop before so was very reticent. I arrived for the estimate and was so impressed with the company I decided to have them do the work. They did a great job and kept me informed during the whole process. They even washed the truck and cleaned the floor mats!

I can not say enough great things about the customer service and the final work performed on my 2020 Four runner. Although I would rather have not needed any bodywork done at all, Dan and his team made the process effortless. Truly one of the best customer service experiences I have ever had. I would recommend Collision Works to anyone who needs collision repair(s). I hardly ever submit a review for anything but felt that the exemplary service I received should be acknowledged.

Great company to work with. They were straight forward about the work to be done, timely with communication and provided great service. Btw the repairs came out beautifully. Restored to original condition.

My Subaru was damaged in grocery store parking lot by an unknown.person. The entire passenger side doors and fender and the front bumper needed to be repaired. Eric did a great job of explaining and keeping me updated during the 6 day process. The body work was beautiful. And the car was washed/cleaned and detailed inside and out when I picked it up.
