Gundersen Moundview Hospital

I've had good experiences with the doctors & staff here. My only disappointment is that their pharmacy doesn't take my insurance.

My Husband was treated this morning at this hospital we moved here recently and was not sure where to go . We were very happy with the Er staff and Doctors, He was having severe muscle spasms and torn muscle. They were very kind and hopefully the treatment they gave him to follow at home will help. I was here all day with a patient and witnessed nothing but courteous and compassionate care from the nursing staff (Bob & Michael). Another 5 stars for Anna (the cook), great meals with even better service. Made my whole day.

Eye clinic was great. The Dr. had fun with my kids. Made my son feel comfortable as he had an eye irritation. Then the same day, my daughter had an issue. They allowed us to come in with only a ten minute notice. Thank you!

The physical therapy has been amazing, the therapist's have both been so very thorough. Lots of questions to help with my recovery

Im from out of town and had to use the emergency room for my daughter. The staff was excellent and got us in the back immediately when we came in. (this was an urgent matter and needed to be treated quickly) they got her pain medication right away as well. We were given a blanket to comfort her and the ER nurse Jessica was fantastic with my little girl! Our experience was exceptional and I was very impressed!

Everyone at this clinic was friendly and professional. I had a very thorough annual exam and wait time was minimal. Ginny was fantastic, covered all the bases, refilled my prescriptions, and, overall, made my experience there insightful, geared toward continuing my health and well-being, and I felt much care and concern taken on my behalf. I use Moundview for my GP and Wow! My Doc, she takes the time with me like I'm the most important patient. I actually went in for the flu and tuned out to be a terrible infection (which she tested for on the very first visit) and she called to make sure I got a coupon to lower the $700 in antibiotic cost to half of that! She went above and beyond. We are so lucky to have a hospital in our community.

The old reviews on here should be updated. Since Gundersen has come to Moundview Hospital and now is Gundersen Moundview the whole hospital appeal, Physicians, Clinic, ER, Specialty Clinic, all the Staff, and care team who travel as needed, has changed 1000%. The Gundersen care team is exceptionally knowlegable, caring, friendly and timely and listen. I am very pleased with the changes.
(I have to say on behalf of Moundview before Gundersen, I had very few problems with care in 39 years in Friendship.) I am thankful this hospital and clinic didn't close and we have this hospital within driving distance that can handle our community needs. I was went to urgent care. It was quick, the staff were considerate, the doctor had a good "bedside manner" , diagnosed my problem and explained it in clear language.

Saw Dr. Alicia Fernandez, DO today and I have never been more impressed by a provider. Felt like she took the time to see me as a whole person instead of treating a symptom. She was also very friendly and gave me treatment options I could be comfortable with.

My dad was a patient here. The staff was very friendly and did lot to make us comfortable. They even beought us snacks and more.

We had a great experience. We got in, my son was seen and stitched up in like 15 minutes. Pleasant people and quick service.
