Brooks Bluff SNA is a wooded 20-acre Wisconsin State Natural Area. Unlike other WI SNAs I've visited, this site has no signage of any size indicating its presence. It also has no boundary markers making it difficult to know where private lands begin. There is no parking area and side-of-road parking is very iffy at best. From the high point of County B, the road cut is worth a view. There is a locked gate marked Private Road by the road cut and by walking around the gate, you can follow a vehicle 2-track to the top of the bluff where there is fenced private land posted as No Trespassing. Other than this 2-track, I saw no foot trails and the dropoff from the small bluff's summit is very steep. Overall, these issues seriously limit the casual visitor's ability to experience the SNA.
Given all of this, my thought is that to best view the site, someone with a good camera-mounted drone should fly around the site and post the video to an internet streaming site.
