Platt's Garage

We woke up to a dead battery on vacation and called Platts. They came put and jumped it in less than 30 minutes. They diagnosed the issue, had us head straight to the shop and immediately fixed it. We had a functional car in about an hour. The guys were nice, polite and great to work with. Highly recommend!

My car broke down by the expressway on memorial day the next day I called them and they sent a very nice young man to pick up my car keys in Reedsburg Wisconsin and he went to the address where my car was and towed it for me. I had no idea that they would work on the car so fast to get me back going on the street unfortunately my engine blew out and I needed a new one . The car wasn't worth replacing the engine and I didn't have the tow money to pay upfront so he allowed me to keep my car on his property until I got my social security money on my card today. This guy is awesome and the fee for everything was only a little bit over $200. Thanks Mr Marty for everything ❤❤❤

Platt’s Garage is my actual hero!!! A HUGE THANK YOU you to the owner and the amazing mechanic (Steve) who fixed the flat I had in my left tire in under 5 minutes and right at their closing time. I’m an Illinois resident but on vacation in WI and we tried to go to several other tire places that turned us away due to it being right before close. We were an hour away from our hotel and our tire pressure was SO low, we were worried about getting stranded. So, THANK YOU (x1 million) to this amazing business! I have the upmost respect for the owner and his team! They were professional, kind, SO friendly, and affordable!

We are on a couple days Spring Break from Oshkosh and our front headlight burnt out. My husband called and they said too bring it in-- we brought it & had our car in the garage & out & done within 20mins (if that). Thank You for the right price & getting it done so quickly.

Blew a tire at 430 when they close at 5. They were more than willing to tow my car, take me to Walmart to get a tire, then put the tire on for me. Super friendly, dedicated and hard working. I can’t thank them enough.

Highly recommend! They were able to get me in right away on the morning and fix my tire so I could get back home! Also very friendly and welcoming. Great group here!

Best service we’ve ever received anywhere. When leaving our campsite with our CLss c RV. We had a tire alert and found that one of our outside duals on the back of our RV had gone flat. We called Platts tire on a recommendation from the Country Roads RV campground and when we called Platts, they said to just drive it over to them slowly and they’d take care of it. We did that with no problem. I followed the RV with our towed vehicle we had with us to keep an eye on the flat tire. They were ready for us and they had us back into one of their stalls and they went to work on it and had it repaired in less than 30 minutes at a very fair price. We had picked up a small wood screw in the tire which had caused the flat.
We were back on the road and home again safely with their help.
They were fast, friendly and knowledgeable.

I would recommend them if you have a tire problem.
Our expectations were exceeded in every way.

I drove a group of girls to the Dells for a sports tournament. The AC went out in my vehicle. Platt’s got it in right away and back within a couple hours. I'm so grateful for their help.

Mike at platts garage is amazing, I brought my car to Walmart auto care just to change my tires and they broke one of my wheel studs and cross threaded on so I call Platts garage to take my car from there and they fix it so perfect

These people are amazing. Mark picked up my truck on Labor Day and told me it will be ready Tuesday at noon and even better had it ready at 10 a.m. Marty jr picked me up. Great kid! (Go Brewers!), and his father Marty took take care of me with a great price. Thank you very much for getting me back on the road! Highly recommend them if you need towing and work done on your vehicle.

My car broke down in the Dells on a family vacation. Of course it was on a Sunday. Platt’s Garage was the only place that was open, and I’m very happy I could find a place on a Sunday.

Mark checked out my car, it turns out my engine died. The car stayed on Platt’s property until the towing company was able to bring it to the dealership under my warranty.

Mark didn’t charge me anything for looking at the car, diagnosing it, and holding it on property. He was very helpful and cool!

So grateful!!! Fast, kind service. Called after hours on a Friday night. We were from out of town and suddenly had major issue with our front tire. We were told to bring the van in on a Saturday morning. They were kind and found and fixed the issue within the hour, had us safely back on the road.

We hit something on 90/94 right by the Dells and one tire lost air fast. We did a quick turn around, headed into a kwik trip to find someone to help us out. Googled towing companies/ tire companies and Platt’s garage came up which didn’t look far so called and asked if they could come help me change the tire. Mark from Platt’s showed up in a short amount of time- found the hole and plugged it and I was on my way. He couldn’t have been nicer or more efficient!! So if you need help in the dells area- give them a call!

If I could give them 100 stars I would!! There are not enough words to express my gratitude towards the fine gentlemen at Platt's Garage. I was with two 14 year old girls, from Alabama and stuck about 800 miles from home!! We were visiting family in northern Wisconsin when my car broke down. My insurance couldn't help because they did not have any providers in the area. There weren't any rental cars either. I was scared but had to hold it together for the girls. Finally I found hope!! It was Mark from Platt's Garage!! He was my guardian angel!! He was there within 20 minutes of the call. He hooked my car up to a box thing, called a parts place and ordered a part. He said "I'll have you girls back on the road in no time". He towed us back to the shop, we walked to get lunch and came back and it was fixed!!! All done!!! I was amazed!! This business is wonderful and made it so easy for me.

Had needed an emergency tow with my truck and 33' trailer. They were there quickly. Dealt with Marty on repairs the next day. Nice guy! Had me up and running in a few hours (no other cars in shop). Fair pricing.

From the time we called to the the time they sent a flatbed out, went to the shop, changed our tire was less than an hour. Our driver was extremely friendly, the staff was also super nice. The price was much less than I expected it would be. I would definitely recommend them to anyone who finds themselves in need.

Headed home to Chicago from Northwoods area when the water pump went out on my husband’s truck. Was referred by a nearby gas station to call Platts Garage. Thank god they were only 3 miles away. When we arrived they took the truck in right away , got a new water pump and fixed the truck in just a little over 2 hours. They were quick ( thank god because we just wanted to get home ) and VERY reasonably priced !!! A huge thank you to all the guys who helped get us on our way!
