Poorly maintained. No Coffee pots in the rooms & when you speak with someone about this you are told that a maintenance room full of unused units. WTH

The bathroom tiles around the shower were old and crumbling, the hallway smelled of POT, dogs barking, thin walls loud music playing all night. Not the best location, wish I'd known what I was booking ahead of time.

Smells like moldy wet basement. Good customer service and probably a better choice for families on low budget. Can be noisy at night sometimes. Shower pressure was terrible. Tv was small and you can't move it closer. No TV guide.

Bad smell

I'm pretty sure our room had bed bugs. My wife, child, and I all had bite marks resembling that of bed bug bites. The floor had chips, band-aid wrappers, and more garbage just left there for us to clean. No shower curtain or lamps were provided. A total of 2 power outlets were in the room.
The 2 "queen" beds were actually only full size. An on-site employee was also blasting their music outside until about 4 in the morning
I could go on, but I'm tired of reliving this nightmare I paid $400 on for one night. Steer clear!!

after the water park there was a surprise - we couldn't open the room with our key bracelets. we went to the office to replace it, which is probably a common occurrence for them, because no one even apologized. This place is a dump. Mt Olympus abuses the word “resort”. No staff onsite. No stairs on “balcony”. Old, smelly rugs. Walls look like cheese. Painted headboards. WALLS ARE PAPER THIN AND YOU HEAR ALL YOUR NEIGHBORS.
