Carribean Club Resort

We rented 7 condos for an anniversary celebration with 30 people from MN & WI. Each unit is individually owned so each decorated differently. All were in good condition except for one where the bathroom fan did not work and the condo had a musty smell. The building with an indoor pool was perfect for our group to gather for cards, etc. while the kids swam in the pool and we could see and interact with them. The exterior is midway through a much needed update. Our condos were adjacent to each other which was perfect for going condo to condo and grilling by the beach. We had a wondeful time! A special thx to Callie and Dan!!!

I’ve gone twice, once in February 2018 and again in January 2023.

The first time I stayed in a one bedroom with a spa and it was outstanding aside from sliding halfway down the hill on an ice sheet which isn’t their fault…we had a blizzard.

The second was a bit more cozy. My girlfriend and I rented a two bedroom two story condo with a fireplace in the living room and another in the master bedroom. My teenage daughter loved the bedroom and commented on how clean it was. Everything was spotless when we arrived and checkout was very simple. We treated it like our own and were charged the standard rate so no worries there.

We will be visiting again. :-)

Really nice condos. Check-in was super easy.
Super clean pool. Super friendly staff. Beach area was very nice. We had three condos. One was two bedrooms and two bathrooms. Another was two bedrooms and one bathroom. The last one was one bedroom and one bathroom. All the condos had a large jacuzzi tub, a fully stocked kitchen, and plenty of room. The two bedrooms and two bathrooms unit was definitely the largest of the three.
The parking lot is a bit tricky to get in and out of due to the steep incline. The upstairs unit was a little difficult to navigate our luggage through the parked cars to get to the stairs. The place appears to be going through a renovation because most of the decking around the units were brand new. The overall outside area could use an upgrade. Overall, it was a fantastic place to stay, I would definitely recommend it, and we plan on possibly staying here again.

We loved our stay at Carribean Club! Our condo was perfect. Clean and plenty of room for 6 of us. All ages 15 to 2 had a great time and enjoyed the pools and lake. Having the option of indoor and outdoor pools was great! It was quiet, family friendly, and the staff was great! Great location, away from all the Dells choas, but close to what we needed. We could have spent the whole time at the pool and beach. We will be back!

Stayed in 109. What a great place for families or for couples. Inside pool and hot tub at the resort club house. Full kitchen. Reasonable price. Great views. Very clean. Near lots of activities and restaurants yet very quiet. Some reviews of other units are negative - understand that these units are individually owned. Let the management know if its not up to par and the unit will be removed from the rental program.

Nice relaxing getaway for the weekend! It was peaceful by the lake watching the sun set. Great off season pricing great value!

Was the perfect place for our family to meet . Clean rooms and great pool and essential lake access. Would definitely stay here again. Perfect Wisconsin family vacation. Make sure to ask for discounted tickets at the desk when you arrive.

Fantastic. We came for a family weekend. We had tons of room!!! The pools are great the kids really enjoyed them. The wife and I loved that they had a hot tub. Views were great. Overall it was fantastic.

Loved this place. would highly recommend it. Small and very accommodating. pools were clean and staff was amazing. book through their website. I liked the small quaintness of the place. We definitely will return. only thing the beaches were green kinda slimy. Busy large lake. As i said staff was great!!!

The rooms are pretty much 4 condo rooms per side per building, I believe - not 100% sure about that. The condo that we stayed in was very nice... There were 5 of us - my husband & I as well as our eldest son and his wife and our middle son. We got there Friday evening & we left Monday morning. The room was fantastic... 2 bedrooms, 3 televisions, a jacuzzi tub in the bigger bedroom along with a door onto a small patio. Only complaint against the room was that the outside lights didn't work - however, there was plenty of light to see from street lamps, so no big deal. The complaint (or, rather, the 1 star for "service") has nothing to do with who we rented from. It has to do with the office. Granted, the guy behind the desk said he was filling in & doesn't normally do that job, but still... He could have kept the office open until closing time & actually BE THERE/Open when the office is supposed to be. If you go there... Do yourself a favor & purchase a couple of fire logs. Super nice!!

Nice quiet place. We stayed in 103 and everything we needed to cook with was in the room. In room washer and dryer was nice! Very nice view of Lake Delton! The jacuzzi in the room was amazing! Callie the general manager is wonderful and accommodating!

Prospective vacationers will find this resort to be very soothing. Our family enjoyed our stay in unit #203 despite a defunct air conditioner, no fry pan and a fickle coffeemaker. It is basically well stocked and comfortably furnished. The management is very accommodating, and responds to any issue promptly.

We stayed June 15-18th
Our unit was honestly beautiful and comforting, family of five two adults and three children we felt like we were home away from home. I loved I was able to cook all our meals and what I loved most was having a washing machine and dryer!! I definitely felt stress free everything we needed was here and my kids overall had a great time! We stayed right when summer is peaking so the weather was right about 75-80 maybe just a little chilly at times for the outdoor pool so we were hoping to warm up in the indoor pool to our surprise it is not a heated pool (which no where indicates it is) but still it was ice cold lol but my youngest the daredevil cared less as he had the pool to himself the majority of the time overall we had fun and definitely will be back!

The condo was very nice and also clean. We used the community indoor pool, hot tub, and sauna which were also nice on a chilly night. Overall it was a great experience!

Absolutely gorgeous!! Beautiful lake house on the lake gorgeous views and location to everything is perfect. We always stay at the same condo 603. Always clean and enough space comfortable beds. Perfect getaway!!

I have stayed in several places across the country and the experience I had at Carribean Club Resort was just amazing. I actually did not want to leave, I loved the condo I stayed at.

Everyone I interacted with was so kind! I did not book in advance since my trip was not planned, but they made sure I was taken care of. I was really suprised by the outstanding service!

My condo was really clean, and super cozy. I felt like someone with pride took care of it and I had an opportunity to stay there. It was so peaceful walking around the lake and going back to the condo to watch tv by a fireplace. The bed was comfortable, there were plenty of blankets, and board games!!
There were also a good selection of dvds to choose from.

This was in a tucked away area but right next to everything, which was just perfect! I would for sure stay here again, I loved it here!!

The staff was great and the stay was incredible the beds were comfortable .I loved the jacuzzi and the fireplaces . The pool and staff like Daniel was great and made me feel like home. You will love the pool so you can relax and their recommendations on places to go was incredible. I will definitely go there again!

Went for a weekend getaway and it was perfect for that. Handful of guests were checking in when we got there and the front desk quickly got through everyone and was super friendly. Stayed in the one bedroom room and the place was really nice, clean, and spacious. Definitely plan on staying there in the summer.

I've been renting from CCR for 9 years. I've loved every condo I've stayed in. If something wasnt up to my expectations, CCR fixed the issue right away. Each condo is a different experience. The only thing I wish CCR would do is update their pictures on the website so you know 100% what the condo looks like plus add pictures of every room on the site. There is no housekeeping so make sure to bring your own shampoo, conditioner, extra toilet paper, paper towel, etc. We love staying here!

This was probably the best bang for your buck staying close to all the action in the Dells! We slept 5 people comfortably and it was exactly what was posted on the website. They indoor and outdoor pool were excellent and well maintained. Definitely worth the price and would book again.
