Dells Auto Center

Dells auto center was amazing. Not only were they able to check my vehicle right away but were very honest. On what I thought was going to be hundreds of dollars turned out just a loose nut that needed to be tightened. I can’t express how thankful I am. Would 100% recommend

Brought my 2016 Dodge Grand Caravan to have my air conditioning looked at since it was only throwing warm air..
They were very professional and inexpensive and had fixed my van very quickly .Definitely my new go to mechanic in the area.

Just had my old F350 7.3 power stroke serviced today and Dells’ did a great job. Very thorough and timely service. We are only here for the summer and Dells Auto Center will be our go to repair shop as needed. Thank you for being customer focused like the good old days. God bless you.

While at a conference at the Wilderness resort I discovered that I had a flat tire. I called Dell's auto and they said that I should just bring it in and they would repair it. They also suggested that I see if maintenance at the hotel could put enough air in so that I could drive there. Long story short, I got my truck to them and they immediately fixed it. The tire was going to need to be replaced but it got me back to Appleton that night. What a great business! Can't say enough good about them

Absolutely outstanding customer service! We were on our way out of town and drove over a nail, they had us patched up and our way in less than 15 mins.

When I was traveling in the area and needed immediate assistance, the Dells Auto team took time to diagnose my auto issue properly. While they were so booked that they could not handle the repairs in the remaining days of my trip, they went above and beyond to provide customized referrals and suggestions. This led me to a trustworthy alternative where the issue was re-confirmed and my car was repaired quickly and effectively. I am so grateful for the staff's hospitality, respect, and kindness in a stressful moment.

It's never good when your car breaks down on vacation and no mechanics will take you in. That's exactly what happened to my family this week. Thankfully, despite being fully booked, this shop had sympathy and brought us in. Not only did they find the issue, but they got on it right away and were able to get us back on the road in less than two hours. I can't thank them enough for their great service. What could have been a catastrophe for our vacation was only a small bump in the road because of them. Highly recommend!

Wonderful experience with Dells Auto Center! We were camping in The Dells (July 2023) and our car wouldn't start. We called Craig's Towing and they were great as well. I have written a good review of them too. The lady I talked to over the phone with Craig's Towing recommended Dells Auto Center to have our car worked on. She was right, Dells Auto Center was great. All our car needed was a new battery and they changed it very quickly. The technician I dealt with was a young lady named Harley, I believe. She was very professional, knowledgeable and courteous. I am thankful they were able to get to my car quickly. Basically I was out the door within 30 of the tow truck dropping me off. The service was great and very honestly priced. Having car issues is not fun, especially when you are on vacation. I'm sure anyone who is reading this review is worried about an auto shop taking advantage of people with car issues while visiting The Dells. I can assure you, Dells Auto will not do that. They were 100% fair and honest with me. I would highly recommend them.

Amazing experience.

I was visiting the dells for a family vacation and I thought I had an issue with my steering. I phoned them at 8 am and they took the van in and looked it over. By noon they had diagnosed the issue and it ended up being a non-issue. They could have easily gotten me to spend a ton of money but were honest and explained what was wrong. They didn't charge me for the diagnosis either.

I would definitely recommend this repair center, they are honest, friendly, kind, and they take the time to explain the issue to you.

I had a car issue while on vacation in the Dells, resulting in our family having to (unexpectedly) stay an extra night. It was towed to Dells Auto Repair and the people here were very friendly and promptly repaired my vehicle so we could return home as quickly as possible. Thank you!

Dells Auto Center saved the day for my family! After a six hour drive to Wisconsin Dells, we had an issue with the van that needed immediate attention. Dells Auto Center kindly worked us into their schedule within thirty minutes, quickly diagnosed and fixed the issue, and off we went! It was such a relief to get the help we needed and get it quickly. Staff was very friendly and helpful and went out of their way to help us get back on the road and enjoy our visit to the Dells area. Highly recommend!

Harley ROCKED. We needed a tire plugged, Sally got us in quickly so we could head home to N.Michigan.
We arrived and immediately Sally came out and took info, Harley to follow and BAM! Plugged the tire in less than 2mins total time. She is faster and more efficient than our (male) mechanic back home plugging a tire. If we ever need service again while visiting we will definitely come back. Highly recommend.

On vacation car wouldn't start. Turns out it was my starter. Towed car to shop at like 12:30 pm and they had it fixed by 4:00 pm same day. Life saver. Amazing service. I will recommend them to everyone I know.

Our alternator went out the night we got into the Dells on vacation and Della Auto Center was AMAZING at getting us in and fixed up the next day!! They were fast, friendly and Harley at the counter was great with communicating with us!! I can’t recommend them enough! 10/10 for sure!
