Fantasy Flooring

Jeremiah did an estimate for us when our house was hit by a tornado in July 2017. Our insurance company needed it as soon as possible so they could get the claims started. Jeremiah made sure everything was completed in a timely fashion with all the t’s crossed and I’s dotted. It was with his timely help that we were able to get in our new house before winter.

When I need to do any work in or on my house I will be calling Fantasy Flooring! Jeremiah is a person I trust to get the job done in a timely fashion and the quality of his work great! Thank you Jeremiah for the happiness you bring people when the job is done!

Thank you Fantasy Flooring for helping me out at the very last minute! I called Jeremiah just a few days prior to selling my house asking if they could please replace the carpet in the master bedroom and closet. He not only made that happen, but did it himself and stayed with in my budget! Excellent customer service!! Word for future consumers... the big box stores sound like a great deal and you would think a small operation such as Fantasy Floor would be more$$, but that is not the case. I highly recommend Fantasy Flooring!

We purchased a home last fall of which had recently received new luxury vinyl plank installed by Fantasy Flooring. Shortly after moving in, the flooring began to warp and rise. We spoke with Jeremiah and he had not seen that specific flooring do that before and was going to speak with the manufacturer about it. After a couple of months of Jeremiah attempting to get the flooring rep out to see the defective floor, I called and spoke to the rep directly. The rep was adamant that the flooring was incorrectly installed without him even seeing it. I asked the rep to come see for himself but he said he doesn’t normally do that. He kept blaming everything other than the material..patio door, sub floor, stair railing, you name it. Jeremiah eventually got tired of getting jacked around by the flooring manufacturer and got tired of us being dissatisfied customers, so he came out and replaced the entire floor with a product of our choice!!

I would highly recommend Fantasy Flooring. Between Jeremiah, Jami, and the installer (forgot his name), they went above and beyond to make sure that we were satisfied in the end.

Best flooring company i can ever have

Built a new house in 2017, had FF do the flooring, counter tops & shower. Carpet and hardwood floors, counter tops & tile all turned out well. Hard wood stairs were awful!!! Jeremiah's crew literally slapped them down in a day three days before the final walk through and closing. His crew came back two times and tried fixing loose stair treads and nosing by simply adding many more nails. Some stairs had over 20 nails. They measured one section of stair tread & nosing then cut the entire number of treads & nosing to that measurement. Needless to say they didn't fit & we had anywhere from 1/16 to 1/8 inch gaps (in some cases a 1/4") on the sides of the majority of stairs. At the final walk through Jeremiah said "he'd make it right". He returned and calked the gaps with white caulk. (Dark walnut hardwood) This looked awful and when questioned he said he took care of it and was done with the job.
Had to have our general contractor pay him in order for the closing to go through.
Have since won our small claims but yet to see a dime for costs for having the stairway done over the correct way.
Though their prices are lower than others, (which now I know why) I would never request any work from this company, nor would I recommend to anyone.

Had a date and time set for in home estimate. He never called or showed up. So bizarre. And disappointing :( I’m understanding, however to not hear back a word isn’t a good way to build rapport.

They ordered the wrong wood. The installation was of poor quality. Stay away from this business
