Columbia Factory Store

I had went in to find a new winter coat. There were plenty to choose from and the store was laid out nicely. I needed a longer coat for my lifestyle and didn't find too many that I was happy with. On the clearance rack I found one that seemed perfect. There was only one and in my size. When I tried it on the fit was perfect. So it was the coat I was going to purchase. When I went to the checkout counter the lady that waited on me was phenomenal. She knew about the material in the coat and told me all about it. She also asked if I wanted to sign up for a perks program that would allow lifetime zipper replacement. Since the reason I needed a new coat was because the zipper broke I told her to sign me up.
It was an overall great experience shopping there. And I think hope to have Julie wait on me the next time I shop for a coat.

This was a great store, with out of the world prices. staff to the great job they helped us when we needed help and stayed out of her way when we didn't it's easy to get in and out of great location right by great Wolf Lodge tons and tons of stores in the area to check out
