Its been about a month since I brought my sons newer Schwinn Ascension mtb in for some work. The chain was loose and the bike was poorly put together by target to begin with. Sun City got the bike in great working order and my son couldnt be happier. They were short staffed at the time so it took longer than expected, but the end result was perfection. Thank you

I bought a super cheap used bike because my current Trek is 30ys old, is too big for me and I'm frightened to ride it. I came to Sun City just for the flat tire, but Cale, I think, made sure my bike was safe for me to ride. Apparently the person I bought the bike from completely lied about it being rideable. THANK YOU!! I will definitely come back for my bike needs!

I brought in an electric scooter which they don't normally work on scooters I don't believe. They were able to replace a tire, even though it was pretty difficult to get to. Very friendly staff

I love having a local, good bike shop that has supplies for both kids and adults. They have always been helpful and kind in all my purchases and repairs.

Great local bike shop. The head mechanic/manager is amazing. Very polite and helpful in all situations. If you ever are in need of any bike needs, make sure you swing by this shop as their prices are lower than the shops in Madison.

I bought a bike there and the service I received was fantastic. Prices were great. The best part was, the bike is fantastic. The price was reasonable . Honestly, the decision I made was going in to check out prices and what they had. Other places were ridiculous on price. the bike I got was a smooth ride, easy to change gears and runs great. It's the best bike I've ever had. Since then we've taken bikes in to get tune ups. The bikes are better than new when I pick them up.

My wife found a jogging stroller at a garage sale. I took it to Sun City to get tuned up and was very pleased. He filled the tires, taught me the different parts and functions, and gave me maintenance tips. Didn't charge me a dime. Will return here for sure!

The owner Steve is very knowledgeable and friendly. We’ve bought all our children’s bikes here and I’ve always thought we paid a fair price. My son is getting more into mountain biking and I’ll be buying a Jamis from them because of their mechanic, Cal. He is a great mechanic and timely in the repairs of our bikes.

Walked in looking for a curved bar and after conversing with Steve I ended up getting an explanation why my project wouldn't work and how expensive it would be. Steve was kind enough to not only recommend me a great bike but also took in a used trade for a used bike which i understand is not good for business but it was in my best interest. Very good service and their puppy Charlie was the bestest boy to accompany you while you wait.

The owner is very knowledgeable about bikes and properly fitting/adjusting them. We came in several times for adjustments (we are hard on our bikes), and the simple fixes were always done while we waited a minute or two--and we didn't pay for them. We have purchased 3 bikes from here and will keep going back.

Nice LBS. Didn't meet the owner, but the tech on staff was the right combo of friendly and honest. I ride a heavy, old, schwinn and you wouldn't believe how many times I've taken it to Erik's or the like for a tune up and gotten the awkward sales pitch before the estimate. If I wanted a new bike, I wouldn't ask you to fix my old one, right?

I brought my old bike to Sun City, asked for a tune up and front brake fix, then; as if by magic the tech goes "cool, it'll be ready day after tomorrow" and it fricking was.

Lube, front brake adjustment, front brake housing, rear brake pads, and a seasonal check, all for 50$. In my experience this is comparable to most chains if not better.

10/10 would tune up again.

Steve did a wonderful job with helping my girlfriend select a bike that exactly fit her needs when we stopped in yesterday. Rather than taking the "sales approach," he took a friendly consultive approach asking questions about where she intended to ride, and also about her riding style. The bike that she ended up purchasing came with road bike style pedals, and Steve offered to swap the pedals for flat pedals at no additional charge. I would highly recommend this business to anyone looking to purchase a bike in the Sun Prairie area. Great job, Steve!

Great service. Had a tune up, tires and break change on a 15 year old Jamis Cruiser. They give 60 days free service garentee on any of the work they completed. Would highly recommend them to anyone. Will absolutely use there services again in the future.
