Had my good taken but the manager was nice and remade it. Though it is hard to hear names as they YELL over the intercom.

Remember when Wendys was here? Yeah this is way better.

Doesn't accept mobile orders which is annoying. Food is always good though. Really only takes kiosk orders so make sure you can pay on card.

Between the misses and I, we end up getting Taco Bell several times a week from the state street location. Time and time again we’re greeted with excellent customer service and delicious meals. Rush hour may be hectic, but that’s to be expected. The food is fast and tasty and the service is match grade.

Severely under staffed but they're doing their best. Taco ball corporate if you're watching this support a screen that shows if kiosk orders are done and your throughput will double. Also add a sign saying alcohol is not served after 11. Just let these guys know that we appreciate them.

Very helpful workers and manager. The environment is always fun and the tacos are what you would expect from Taco Bell. If you are smart about your order it can be fairly inexpensive.

I understand the desire for a budget-friendly option, and this fast food service offers a unique spin on a healthy salad. By removing the meat, cheese, and potatoes, you have a nutritious meal, with greens that are flavorful and easily digestible. While the sauce is quite spicy, it does have a milk-based flavor that provides a nice kick.

It was late night the young guy with glasses who served us ( in case mgmt reads it) was quiet but hilarious. He opened up more with us after we began making jokes.Lots of drunk college kids but nobody was acting like an idiot just good food and laughs. It was like all the tables were sitting together. Fuuuuun

The man I spoke with was very kind and helpful. He was cleaning the floor as I walked in and greeted me with a smile. Thank you for being welcoming!

Literally my favorite Taco Bell location ever. The service is always phenomenal and the dining area is always clean. It's so nice to have an affordable fast food place on State Street, especially with as great of service provided there. Thank you to all the employees that help make it great!

Tacos and alcohol for cheap? What more do I need to say to convince you? I love this taco Bell. It is located on State Street very conveniently next to a lot of bars and other restaurants. This is my food of choice on a night out if I want a quick bite while I'm downtown. The service has been great here each time I've gone.

It's average for a taco Bell, but the staff are really cool and they have been in tap, yeah you heard me right, this taco Bell has beer. I believe this is the first fast food restaurant I've rewarded five starts and they definitely deserve it.

The guy who Always works register is great and the cooks know how to assemble food. They even have a bar if you want to grab a quick beverage.

It's a bizarre experience to see a modern and stylish Taco Bell. More thought went into the interior design of this restaurant than most of their menu items. The cashier's friendliness was surprising yet welcome

Just went to Taco Bell on state street today. Terrance at the register was more than helpful. Offered me water and double checked the spelling on my name without me asking. He did a great job. This Taco Bell will have more of my business. Keep it up!

Quite uplifting. Seeing things from all perspectives is wholesome and definitely possible at the downtown Taco Bell Cantina while eating your favorite taco because the walls are lined with a row of televisions with different channels that we have faith are appropriate and acceptable for general audiences. Stay calm, cool and collected as well as safe, sound and secure.

Good food, reasonable prices, good service. Staff will set you up with a nice little breakfast and friendly conversation on a Saturday morning. Many sports shown simultaneously on numerous TV's.

Update: Taco Bell Cantina on State St is turning out to be a nice option. Food is inexpensive and served hot and fresh. Breakfast options are nice - would be better to be able to get a burrito with eggs all day though and not just until 11am. There are some good meatless options, but it would be better to have even more. Online ordering is convenient. Free Wi-Fi is a good connection.

I have been attending taco bell in an inebriated state for the last 3 years. I have done so at multiple locations across the great United States...Without a doubt, far and above, not even close, the greatest Taco Bell on planet Earth, is located at 534 State street, Madison Wi, 53703. The cuisine is always impeccable, never have I been unsatisfied with my meal. The staff ALWAYS come to play. My girl Dawn is the legitimate Michael Jordan of taco bell employees, and the remainder of the staff equates to the legendary 90s bulls roster. Night after night, week after week, pandemic after pandemic, they. come. to. PLAY! Without a doubt, every employee deserves the medal of honor, a Ballon d'or, a final MVP, a nobel prize, and Time magazine person of the year feature. Needless to say, whatever wage they are receiving is nowhere near enough for the exemplary performance that they put out every. single. NIGHT! You may read this and think, this man is simply delusional, but I challenge you, the great people of these United States, to come this Taco Bell and prove me wrong. Picture this, you work at one of the largest fast food restaurants in the world; you are given the stereotype of producing sub par "Mexican" food that results in unfortunate bowel movements. Now let's really throw a wrinkle in it, YOU ARE COOKING BEHIND A GLASS WALL FOR ALL TO SEE!!! These people...scratch that...LEGENDS, put together meals that could be hung in the Lourve and would put even the greatest chef, dare I say Bobby Flay, TO SHAME! There are old ships and there are young ships, there are tall ships and there are short ships, but are no ships like friendships, and Taco Bell at 534 State Street Madison Wi, you are a true friend of mine.

Great speed and customer service esp for fast food. Portion sizes are inconsistent as to be expected from taco bell, but considering how crowded it is they're always fast and clean.

These are good honest to people that work here, they all work with a smile even if it's 2 am. They deserve way more than they get. Thank you sooo much for your service, and goodness bless!
