One Mind Yoga

I have been taking classes with Astrid for over a year. Astrid does an excellent job incorporating each individual’s skill level into her classes, while providing a warm and welcome atmosphere. Her new Hot Yoga class, is quickly becoming my new favorite!

Astrid is an incredible yoga teacher. She creates a safe, loving, and connected environment, emphasizing the true meaning of yoga: union. I was sad to leave our class, when I moved away, as it truly was "our" class. I felt such a sense of community, evidenced by the warmth, openness, and willingness of fellow students and the way Astrid offered exactly what we needed, whether it be inclusion, stability, flexibility, openness, or challenge. I have been practicing yoga with Astrid for almost two years and recently participated in her first Hot Yoga session. Yoga has helped me manage my stress and fibromyalgia. Astrid is a mindful instructor who is supportive of all participants and their various skill levels and personal needs. Thank you Astrid.

I attended Astrid's Aromatherapy and Gentle Flow class while I was on vacation in the Dells. She was very welcoming to this "out of towner". The environment was lovely with soft lighting, great music and no clutter! I enjoyed Astrid's voice as she guided us through a gentle flow. She was easy to follow and calming to my mind. I learned some great variations from table pose that I have added to my personal practice on a regular basis! In addition, the aromatherapy was effective. I wish I didn't live nine hours away! I would love to go to her classes regularly.

My week is not complete without Astrid's yoga lessons. They are very gentle and yet powerful. Astrid is a very good and professional teacher. I love how Astrid is teaching. Absolutely awesome.
