Country Inn & Suites by Radisson, Green Bay East, WI

My family and I had an excellent experience during our stay. All of the front desk associates provided excellent customer service and went above and beyond to ensure we had a great and accommodating stay. The rooms are very clean and spacious with comfortable beds. We did not use the pool of hot tub but they do have both. Housekeeping provided great customer service and made sure we had everything we needed. The complimentary breakfast was delicious. They had eggs, sausage, and potatoes as the hot choices. There was also cereal, toast, muffins, bagels, danishes, and yogurt. The drink choices were juice, milk, and coffee. This hotel is conveniently located to several restaurants and stores. I highly recommend this hotel if you are in need of one in this area.

This is a good hotel for one night, not so much for one week. Low tech, half way to run down, and plenty of road noise from outside. But the staff is for the most part friendly and at the end of the day these folks are just making a living.
If they just bumped up the tech a bit and livened up the towels I’m sure this would be a hotel to come back to.

We used a conference room to get ready for our bridal party. Brittany set everything up for us & even gave us an additional hour maybe even two for free.

to top it off, when i had called to reserve a room for the night and inquired about early check in, they set it up for no additional charge. We were supposed to be able to check in at 11 but Melissa, the supervisor, had made sure the room was ready for us at 8am when we got there!!!

Liz at the front desk was so kind and attentive. she made sure we had everything we needed. It was the staff that made our experience great. Thank you all so much!!!

After my first hotel flopped. I got to the Country Inn and Suites at 2 am. My fiancee and I were tired and worried we would not get a room.
At the front desk we got helped by David. He was very understanding and sympathetic towards us. I am in a wheelchair and asked David if we could see the room. David without no hesitation showed my fiance and I the room and booked the same room for the night.
Thank you David for making the stay stressed-free and amazing!

Our go to hotel when we visit Green Bay!! Hot tub is hot and my kids love the kid pool!

Great area located close to the expressway but not loud. The people helping were fantastic. So pleasant and willing to help the pool was big and enjoyable. We had a very good hot breakfast and was totally satisfied with our stay

Stayed for the weekend with extended family, highly recommend. The staff went above and beyond to accommodate our group! Rooms were clean, breakfast was excellent, and we were surprised with the fabulous toddler area in the pool. Fun for big and little kids alike. Can’t wait for next time!

Our expectations were exceeded during our stay at Country Inn and Suites in Green Bay. Location was great. The staff were all friendly and helpful. The lobby was clean and welcoming. Complimentary coffee or tea by the doors was a welcomed touch! It was always stocked and the area was spotless. The pool area was spacious and the pool, spa and baby area were clean and well maintained. We were most pleased and are still raving about the breakfast! It was a fantastic setup, and there were so many choices: from 4 types of cereal, to eggs + hashbrowns + sausage, to fresh fruits, oatmeal, yogurt and a waffle station and more!! There was no need to go out for breakfast, which made mornings easy and comfortable, as they should be! The staff did an amazing job of keeping things stocked and keeping the dining area spotless for each guest to enjoy. Our room was spacious, clean, comfortable, and quiet. We enjoyed having a fridge and microwave available. Housekeeping interactions were warm, friendly, and helpful. There were amenities that we didn't use; such as: on-site laundry, gym and vending machines, computers etc. but it was nice to know they were an option! All of our needs were met. All of our expectations were exceeded. We look forward to returning to this hotel the next time we visit! Thank you Country Inn and Suites for a 100% positive experience!! This hotel was really great for a family. We had a suite and it had so much room. Beds were comfortable as well. All of the staff was friendly and helpful. The breakfast was a hot continental breakfast that tasted good. Had 2 waffle makers which is great when traveling with a family. Made feeding 3 kids go faster. The pool area was large as well. Loved that there was a little splash pad that was shallow (4 to about 12 inches deep). Yes its a little more but its so worth it. Clean, friendly staff and a good breakfast made up for the cost I would of saved from staying at the other hotel next door.

Great check in. Smooth and quick. Very nice large room for the price. Clean, quite and comfortable. Pool is great so is breakfast. Couldn't ask for more at the very affordable price it's a great value. Haven't been let down by my stays at the Country Inns by Radisson. Consistent great experience and this location adds to the list of great ones! Staff top notch! Keep up the good work Country Inn Green Bay East!

Despite a heat issue , the staff were wonderful. The hotel was nice, quite and the hot tub was great! Easy access to lots of things in the area. The plow driver was awesome to help us get our car unstuck!

Had to come in late for a family member at BayCare Hospital. Staff was very helpful and made checkin easy even though they were quite busy. Room was very clean, room was already heated when I arrived - which was so great - as I came in after 10pm and just needed to sleep. Friendly, polite staff! Definitely would recommend

The service was fantastic!! Check in was a breeze and everybody was so friendly and welcoming.
There was unfortunately a problem with the air conditioning in our room and when we informed the front desk, they upgraded our room, totally hassle free.
The room was spotlessly clean, with much attention to detail. I would definitely recommend this hotel for a stay!

Wonder hotel and friendly staff! When we booked the room we used Booking.com and there was a mix up with the reservations but the staff fixed it right away and got us into the right rooms! They were all very pleasant, the breakfast every morning was wonderful and the pool and hot tub were great for relaxing in the evenings. The rooms were clean. We had a great time and would gladly return.

The staff was extremely accomodating. Anything we requested was attended to promptly. The room was a basic junior suite but very clean and had everything we needed for a 5 night stay.
The breakfast was simple with just a few choices but the choices of muffins, yogurts, fruit and microwave breakfast sandwiches was enough and the coffee was excellent.

Alarm went off in the room at 330am from the furnace. We had to move our family of 5 to another room in the middle of the night only to get "sorry, we've been having issues with that." Breakfast was decent.

Big, clean rooms, friendly staff, decent breakfast, good location.

Our softball team stayed here for the weekend. The check in and check out was great. Staff was awesome. The rooms were nice, spacious and clean. There is a beautiful patio in the back where we had tons of room to hangout as a team. Can’t say anything about the pool it was closed due to Covid. But We would definitely recommend this hotel!!

Lovely hotel close to just about everything. Only 7 miles to bay beach which was our destination during our stay and about 15 minutes from the mall. Fantastic pool and kiddie pool that my toddler was obsessed with. Clean room and a nice breakfast. Friendly staff. Really enjoyed our stay and would 100% stay again and recommend to others.

We had a wonderful time enjoying there outside courtyard. We played bags, grilled and sat out listening to music and enjoyed a beautiful night in Green Bay, WI.
