Atlantis Hotel Wisconsin Dells - near Noah’s Ark

My family and I stayed here last weekend for my son's birthday, the hotel was nice and clean and the rooms were updated and clean as well! The pool was warm and perfect for my young kids! Service was great and were prompt with any requests. Safe to say we had a great time and would stay here again!
The only negative thing I could say is the layout of the hotel is a bit confusing, but we managed!

Everything we needed for a nice weekend away for the family. Rooms were clean. Pool area was not super fancy but just right for my young kids. I saw a lot of negative reviews about cold water, but we didn’t run into that issue on the weekend we stayed. Overall, it was just what we were looking for, and a great value for the price.

I stayed her for 2 days and 2 nights for my birthday, and I must say that I am very pleased with the service I received. Booking was easy and checking in was smooth. The environment is clean. My room was clean up on entering. In addition to this it didn't have a bad smell as I have experienced in most hotels in the pass. The pool area is spacious and clean. My room had a jacuzzi which was perfect! I would definitely be staying here again. I started to recommend this hotel to my friends already! Good job Atlantis 👏 👍 👌

We enjoyed our stay. I would recommend a rubber mat or something in the lobby by the pool door. It was quite slippery. Nonetheless, this was a great experience for a one night mini vacation with my family. The room was clean and comfortable with a balcony. Perfect hotel if you have younger kids that aren't ready for the big slides! Multiple swimming areas. Good location. The Noah's ark ticket and knucklehead pass make it a great value.

Had a great trip with our family staying at an Atlantis suite. It was a very large room for our family of 6. The customer services was outstanding. The rooms are at a great price. It has nice indoor and outdoor pools for little and older children. Location to Noah's arc is walking distance

Nice motel. And not to expensive. Staff is very welcoming especially Jim. He made the check in very easy and even reminded I get free drink and snack with choice rewards.

Absolutely loved our stay. Only problem was we wish we had more time! Beds were comfy, and didn't use a hard stiff hospital like blankets. They had plush queen+size cuddly soft fleece blankets. Our room came with a balcony and a few chairs, perfect for unwinding at the end of the day and railings to dry your towels for the water parks. The room had its own ac unit. The front desk noticed the same last names for myself and my mom and put us in rooms with an adjoining door for simplicity. It was SO convenient! We didn't get to front indoors +outdoor pool and kiddo was super bummed but we did enjoy the back indoor slides, pool and hot tub! **DONT FORGET TO GRAB WATERPARK TOWELS AT HE FRONT DESK** Our stay came with Noah's ark and knuckleheads passes which made for a jam packed fun weekend.
10/10 would recommend ❤ cheers.

Have stayed here twice, it's perfect for the kids, great location and great value. Will be back for sure, only thing that would make it perfect is a continental breakfast.

My room was very nice and clean, it had lots of space and a jacuzzi in the room. The pools were also nice and clean. The pools are great for litrle kids which is what i have and it came with free knuckleheads and Noah's ark tickets. Noah's ark is within walking distance. I Would stay here again.

Good morning we are a returning guest. I love this place it’s family friendly. The staff is amazing. Great location. The pricing has changed dramatically from last year very expensive. The resort fee has doubled. The room that I’ve paid before a suite much bigger room and it was less expensive. This was my first time staying in a double queen and bunk bed the room it was smaller and the amount was doubled very disappointing. The room was previously used the housekeeping was still working in the room it was no rush for me. I do understand a high demand so it wasn’t a big deal for me. My problem came in When we enter the room. It smelled of urine really bad and there was pond strands of hair everywhere. when I open the balcony door. It was very clear that there was a wasp nest inside of the air conditioning unit on the balcony so I didn’t go out there until night. I did speak to the front Desk the lady was amazing. She did go and try to spray the wipe down the room and put something on the carpet because I wasn’t sure if it was the carpet or the bathroom. The smell was strong. However, I just ended up buying more air freshener and soap and I clean the bathroom myself. My only real main concern is that I’m sure that all of the air conditioning units on the outside may be creating homes for wasps, which is very dangerous for little kids if they want to go out on the balcony with parents and also for parents. In all a few concerns not many again I love the place the new fee are much unfortunately means fewer stays I get it times changes new owners but you want to keep your customers not force them to leave. My friends that came had to choose another place being the prices was a bite much very unhappy I would’ve loved to have them with me I spoke highly of this hotel.

Good customer service very nice whirpool room. Furniture could be updated but it was nice, clean and comforyable great location that you have restaurants near by and things to do.

Such an amazing experience. Staff was nice. Rooms were nice! We got a suite that fit 8 ppl. I wish it would have had 2 different bathrooms. But it was no big deal for the price I believe it was definitely worth it! We received free tickets to knuckleheads! Stayed only 2 nights wish we stood longer! Definitely coming back.

The pools were great. The outdoor area wasn't very big but there were options. They had a small arcade with a prize dispenser. They advertised a bar but it closed. The room was decent. We were supposed to have 2 tvs but only had 1. I also found an old peel (food) near the coffee pot.

Great place to stay. Conveniently located within walking distance to Noah's Ark and restaurants. Great pools. We had lots of fun. Rooms are dated but get lots of use. Staff are very friendly. Would stay again.

We stayed in the 2 bedroom suite and had a great time. We stayed from a Friday to Wednesday and had no issues. We got our free passes to knuckleheads and the kids loved going there. We also had free passes to Noah's Ark but we ended up not going cuz we didn't have the best weather. We went to the outdoor pool and the indoor waterpark and it was nice and empty. Wasn't crowded at all. We will definitely be staying here again.

We loved staying at the Atlantis. The. Room was nice and clean, front desk was friendly, and. The pools on site were nice too.We got wristbands for Noah's ark and free rides at knuckleheads. At knuckleheads you are allowed to use any of the rides free for 3 hours. Trampoline and arcade are separate.

For being one of the cheaper hotels on the the strip, they have a decent little water park indoor and outdoor. It's nice to have a park open later than the stand alone water parks. The hotel itself is dated which clearly is being taken as dirty I suppose. EVERY hotel in the dells has a "resort fee" I don't understand how people keep complaining about that, they all say it in the price breakdown.

John Barrera is one of the receptionists in the hotel he was amazing he showed good service towards us he was nice and kind and attended us quickly such a good gentleman and good person we need more people like him in this world 🙏

My friend decided to have her Bachelorette party here. Rooms could be a little cleaner. Overall, ok experience, BUT our luggage cart was wheeled away in 5 minutes while I organized our baggage in our hotel room to take downstairs 🙃
