Best Western Ambassador Inn & Suites

Absolutely amazing hotel for the price!! The rooms were big and clean and I felt so safe! The bed and pillows were very comfortable and clean. It was full of families this weekend and only some times heard a kid scream or run down the hall, otherwise super quiet. The breakfast was full of options and I felt safe eating any of it! TV had so many channels. The front desk people were nothing but amazing each time I saw them. Couldn’t recommend enough for the price.

We enjoyed our stay. We did experience an issue while staying, but Angel the Manager was great to work with and resolved the issue quickly. The continental breakfast had a good variety and we would stay there again.

My fiancé and I truly enjoyed our stay here! Shout out to Angel for taking such great care of us before we arrived! Shout out to Laura for being so kind to us on our last day!

This hotel is very clean! Our bathroom was spotless! Our room smelled fresh and clean! The bed was comfy topped off with 4 cozy pillows (((YAY))).

The staff is very professional & welcoming! They most definitely take pride in their work here.

The breakfast was great! Lots of food and drink choices! The staff did a great job keeping everything stocked and wiped down. They were also very engaged with the guests.

Great hotel!! We stayed in a room that had 2 queens and a king bed. Perfect size for our group!! Beds were comfortable and there were tons of pillows. Both pools were nice to chill at. You can tell that the staff works hard and takes pride in their care of the hotel. The Noah's Ark passes were a bonus. Definitely recommend this place for families!

This place rocks! Traveling with 4 kids and 2 adults and had a great experience. We traveled in July and enjoyed the Noah's Ark passes as well. The kids LOVED both the indoor and outdoor pools. The breakfast buffet did not disappoint especially for a continental breakfast.
The hotel staff was great and nothing was out of order or damaged during our stay. I would absolutely stay here again with young kids. Great bang for your buck especially if you plan on going to Noah's Ark. I cannot say enough good things about this place, highly recommended.

Off season and passing through, needed a place to stay overnight. Saw reviews of this hotel and a great price. I had no issues at all. Good selection at breakfast. Friendly girl at reception desk. If I had one complaint, it would be that they didn't have any snacks in the vending area. All soda.

We were very pleased with our stay at the Best Western in Wisconsin Dells. On a Monday night in September, the hotel was very quiet. Our room was spacious and well-equipped. The breakfast included lots of healthy options, and there was plenty of room to sit.

Great place to stay for families with children. No creepy people in parking lot at night....that's a HUGE thing! Breakfast is decent (keep in mind it's free/included) Quiet at night. Clean pools/spas. Good location away from busy/high traffic areas.

Great place to stay at for the price point. Breakfast was good, location was awesome, and the staff was very helpful and friendly. Laura at the front desk was especially great and went above and beyond to make my family feel welcomed.

Other pluses were the pool and hot tub that my kids loved. And you also get up to four free wristbands per room for Noah’s Ark water park as part of your stay. If we ever come back to the Dells this is the spot we would pick for how friendly everyone was and the value of what you get.

For the price it’s a great value! Hotel was clean, breakfast got the job done and beds were comfortable. Location was good and service attendants were nice. Noah’s Ark tickets were included. What more can you ask for when going to the dells.

Great place to stay with kids. We stopped overnight on a road trip. There is a fantastic outdoor pool with a kids splash area, waterfall, and hot tub. Outdoor pool is open memorial day to labor day. There is also a good-sized indoor pool. There is also a Clipper Creek ev charger in the back. Worked great to charge up overnighf. Breakfast is standard hotel fare, fine for kids. Would definitely stay again!

5/5! Personally the rooms need an upgrade. But they are very clean. And the price point is amazing for what you get. (Noah’s ark tickets, free breakfast, TWO pools.) definitely going to be my go to place from now on. As much as I love the resorts nothing beats the price!

Desk staff Angel went above and beyond to help get a refund for one room of ours that needed to be canceled last minute. Clean facilities and comfortable beds. Nice pool and hot tub. Breakfast included with great coffee. Would definitely go back again!

The pool is huge and amazing! Room was clean and no noisy neighbors. The breakfast was the highlight of our stay. First morning was eggs and sausage, second morning was eggs and delicious biscuits and gravy! Five waffle irons and spacious breakfast and eating areas. Staff was very friendly too!

We were here for an overnight as we traveled through to. The rooms were clean, beds were clean and comfortable. The shower was hot and the fan worked well. We did not use the pool, but heard many other guests speak highly of it. Highly recommend this place.

It was reasonably priced. They had a lot of breakfast choices. Waffle maker eggs cereal yogurts grab and go things juice. The hot tub and pool were nice. The sauna wasn't working.. I wish they gave us free things in the winter as you see they advertise for free Noah's ark tickets but that's clearly only seasonal. It'd be a nice perk to get an off season perk. The staff were very nice and helpful. The room was clean

The rooms were clean, and the breakfast was your average hotel breakfast.

We stayed during the week. We got there alittle early, we asked to check in alittle early and they let us. The hotel offers 4 free passes to Noah's arc. We stayed in a room with a balcony facing the pool. There was 2 pools both had hottubs. The indoor hot tub was out of order but the outdoor one worked. They also had grills and picnic tables near the pool area. The complementary breakfast was 10/10. They had something for everyone. You do have to drive a few minutes to get to thing. But only like2 or 3 minutes. Overall we had a wonderful stay and would stay again .

We really enjoyed our stay here. The location was excellent, close to everything and easy access to good restaurants.
Facilities were great, room was clean with comfortable beds and pillows. Breakfast was yum with good options.
It was very good value as well!!
