Hilton Garden Inn Green Bay

Overall, a great spot to stay. If you're going to a Packers game and want to be close to it all, this is one of the spots! No problems checking in, although you should expect it to be busy. The atmosphere in the restaurant is great, and the food was outstanding. Get you the four-cheese grilled cheese with pulled pork! Very close walking distance to a gas station for any needs that aren't at the hotel. As far as the rooms, everything was good. There was a small odor in the room and the shower head came off when I tried to move it, but nothing that was a deal breaker. Fridge, Keurig, and microwave are also appreciated. Bed was comfy, no real issues with noise inside the hotel, but you can hear a little chatter outside. That should be expected given the event. Room got ice cold, just how I like it. Only feedback I'd give was about them not having flavors for coffee! First Hilton I've been to that has had that. I would just like to personally thank Alexa for everything as well from a minor issue. She was great.

Best hotel stay in awhile! Checked in on the app and went right to the room using the virtual room key from the app. No need to stop at the front desk. Hotel was updated, clean, staff were friendly. Even though there was furniture in the halls due to renovations, it didn’t impact our stay. Loved the new soap/lotion dispensers over the sink and in the shower. Reduces waste. The fog-less mirror in the bathroom was very cool. Easy checkout on the app. Will definitely stay here again!

Quiet and clean hotel. Very close to football stadium and food options. Front desk staff very friendly. Bar staff also very friendly. Room furniture a little out of date but very nice stay.

King room had its own Peloton bike, and the MOST comfy mattress! Excellent breakfast buffet, also, with very friendly staff. A mystical $500 charge for dog poo = never staying here again, f'real.

Here for a wedding. Great location, rooms clean and large. Bathrooms lovely and wonderful towels. A groovy shoe and closet organizer.

My stay at this facility was a 3 night 4 day stay. It was super clean and welcoming. I had no complaints at all, The room was perfect, and the halls were clean and warm. I loved the main lobby with its seating and fire place. The foods available at their "quick purchase area" had lots of offerings above and beyond granola bars and chips! It was easy for someone on a special diet to make a few selections that were accommodating.

Monica served us a hot breakfast buffet very polite and helpful, staff was very friendly and the hotel is one of the cleanest we've stayed in. Also very much enjoyed a hot tub and pool that was in great working order.

Enjoyed my stay. My room was perfect, very clean and comfy. How ever the elevator was in need of floor cleaning, and it was slippery and sticky. I went to the front desk, no one to talk to. It stayed that way for my entire stay. The rest of the hotel was clean and very welcoming. Thanks to the staff for that.

Hotel is clean, quiet, and comfortable. It is centrally located, which is also nice. What makes this hotel special is the staff. Vinny at the front desk is an excellent concierge: his recommendations for dining and entertaining were spot on. Alexandria of the restaurant and bar is also a great asset to the hotel. The menu items she recommended were delicious, and she was attentive and helpful. I recommend the hotel restaurant (the grilled chicken was amazing: kudos to the cooks) and the bar (relaxing atmosphere and Alexandria is outstanding.) I hope to stay there again soon.

One of the best spots to stay for a Packers game! Perfect location and great staff. Bar and restaurant right on site! Rooms are updated and lobby very nice. Good breakfast. This will be my new go to for Packer games!

Extremely clean which is the most important thing to me when I travel. Fantastic was very friendly and helpful. The fitness center was the best for this level hotel that I have ever stayed at! Great location.

My family and I have been to this hotel many times and it never disappoints. The staff are helpful and kind and always willing to go the extra mile to make our stay more comfortable.
The food at the restaurant is excellent and the bartender, Jordan, is personable and knowledgeable. He makes great food and drink recommendations and knows the stockroom like the back of his hand. We looked forward to unwinding there every night we were in town,
and attribute that to him. We are looking forward to our next stay!

Nice staff overall. Clean. They accommodated a late check out request. Bar open during the week until ten which was nice. Breakfast during the week not just Sundays which has been the case with other hotels post pandemic.

From the moment we check in, everything is top notch. The person at the desk in the afternoon was great. The maids to the workers in lobby are so friendly. Brad, the general manager was great. If I could give this hotel a 10 I would. Whenever we needed to know about an attraction we wanted to go to, they would look it up on the computer. When we come to Green Bay again, we'll be staying here!!!

Staff are super friendly, rooms are clean and your personal requests are actually executed without having to make multiple requests. Would recommend and will always stay here when I am in the area for work.

This facility has turned around after they let the previous manager leave. he was a disgrace to HGI and to this facility. The new manager is super. He personally welcomes you, explains all the details and is always available if and when you need him, 27/7.
He has hired and trained all the staff well, and they all take care of you. Breakfast is healthy and fresh on demand. Exercise rooms are clean and plenty of equipment, actually there are two of them. Swimming pool is indoors and well equipped.
Location is great and you can walk to restaurants, or just eat at their restaurant.
I enjoy staying there during my visits to GB.

The room is very nice, just got back from the pool and hot tub. $100.00 and we are loving it.
