I lost money on the buffalo gambling machine. Buffalooooooo!! Bartender Stacy, I think her name was was excellent. She likes when you order turkey clubs and they are fire. If you win on the buffalo machine, I would appreciate if you send me $10. I can really use it. Randy is nice. I can’t wait to play their buffalo machine again. Wish me luck.

Great food, fun atmosphere, and well-made drinks!

There maybe was only three people in the place in the afternoon. I was really hungry and the bartender felt the need to take an extra long time even asking if we needed a drink I just think it's incredibly rude to carry on a conversation with somebody you've already served a new customers came in especially ones that are hungry and have asked for a menu.

Friendly staff, excellent food. The gyro special on Wednesday with fries is only $8 and is phenomenal!!! Randy the owner donates to local charities and holds fundraisers. I'm especially thankful for the contributions to the Columbia County Humane Society. All around fun atmosphere, with music and sometimes a dj. Saturday night the place is pretty hoppin. One pool table, darts, games and smoking room in the back.

Wow.

Walking in; the music was quiet enough where you could be heard without yelling, but still feel the bass in your chest. Sitting down; the service was prompt and polite, and the food was spectacular.

Katie was our; bartender, server, and cook. Initially I was impressed that she attended to us so quickly, being out of towners in a pub full of locals.

Serving drinks, she mixed custom orders well and was attentive to when our cups were running dry.

She took our order for food shortly thereafter and began to prepare it. The cheeseburger she cooked for me was the best bar burger I have EVER had. Medium rare, juicy, toasted bun, melty cheese, and the char broil that Burger King used to be good at. The fries were top notch as well, crispy on the outside, while chewy on the inside.

Stop in, it will be well worth your time.

The prices out this way are so good. The burger I got was a special and a bit cheaper than the menu price. I got 3 drinks, a burger, and an appetizer. All for just above $20. I had a good night. (The only thing I didn’t like was the smell, but I got used to it and it’s not the restaurants fault that their clientele chain smokes and/or doesn’t practice good hygiene) But even with that I still had a fun night and good meal. Thank!

I really like this place. I've been there off and on through the years and have never had a bad time. They have good food and affordable drinks.
The bartender working last night was really nice and she had a good attitude. I asked her if I could have a pickle and she gave me some chopped pickles in a paper cup. I mean, free pickles!? C'mon! What more can you ask for?

The true locals bar of the town. Open at 6am till late, 365 days a year! Good bartenders! Serve food all night every night, late! Burger and steak sandwich is excellent. Drinks mixed well

Lisa and Elise make this place AMAZING. If you are passing through Portage stop in for the best Gyros I have had outside of a big city Mediterranean joint. Amazing bar food, some of the best I have ever had. In the pre Covid-19 days the popcorn was awesome. They have darts, pool, and slots. Daily drink/food specials are great, but the everyday prices are as well. The house DJ is a good, his sound system is insane. They have a built on smoking addition so you don't have to brave the Wisconsin weather. They also have cool drawings for patrons and will be glad to teach you to play shake of the day. Our favorite local spot!

Brian is an awesome bartender!!! We love coming in for the fish fry and daily specials. Love, love, love their salad bar and soup and hushpuppies. Also, they have the best desserts available in town!! I would take home a whole cake or pie if I could

A very fun night time shenanigan type place. Good music excellent food with a fun staff to provide it all. They got Dart & Pool league's DJ for weekend evenings even Sunday afternoon. My personal favorite stop through the town of Portage.
