Service was wonderful, low-key, let me browse at length. I was happy to interact with a wonderful sales woman, and love my new items too. The store was very well set up, clothes neatly hung/folded on display. Very easy and peaceful to shop there; the opposite of some mega-stores. Have ordered online too, and very happy to receive my order quickly, and complete! New coat has been wonderful in the windy cold we’ve had here in Wisconsin!

I am biased, since I work at Lands' End (not this location), but I went the day before Thanksgiving, and even though it was so busy - the staff was helpful, friendly, and amazing. I love the outerwear and swimwear and the flannels are so great. Clothing is a great quality and so comfy.

I had a great experience here a couple of months ago. I usually have difficulty finding comfortable clothing that fits well. This store carries a wide variety of sizes. I left with several comfortable pairs of jeans after my first visit. On my second visit we found a lovely fall coat for my boyfriend. He loved it so much, he purchased a winter jacket off the website as well. We also now own several of the reusable tote bags (they're incredibly durable and great for everything from groceries to books). I will definitely be back for future clothing needs.

Went to Land's End in search of khaki pants for a last minute event. The gentleman working there was very helpful and patient as we tried on numerous pairs, looking for the right size. We were able to find a pair that fit just right. We had a great time, that I purchased more girls clothes online later that week. Thank you for making it a great experience :)

Been a while since I hit the brick and mortar but the woman who helped me today (sorry I missed her name) was fantastic at Lands' End. I found two shirts I liked in 2 minutes, she guided me back to online to get the unique "tall" size I needed. Back out the door in less than 10 minutes. Painless and effective shopping experience.

This location is one of the only areas in downtown Madison actively doing a coat drive to give away coats for free. Coats are needed extra because of covid, but it's a lot harder for families to get them for the same reason. If you donate a coat here, they will give you 50% off any full price item in the store as well!

they had what we needed. And the help was amazing! The salesperson there show us exactly where the kids rain jackets were, and even showed my daughter how to pack it up into a small bag. A+

Was visiting Madison from Eau Claire, when the zipper broke on my squall parka, purchased about a month ago in Minnesota. I phoned the store and the associate working, found a replacement jacket in stock and held it for me at the counter, no questions asked. I picked up my new jacket within the hour. Thank you for great customer service!

Went there to return some items my wife bought. It went fairly quickly and they had some sales so we needed a couple of beach towels which were on sale.

They keep the space beautifully maintained and very organized. The clothes are always high quality and you know they will last forever.

They had just what I needed for this hot 4th of July weekend and beyond......full-elastic waist shorts with a 7 inch inseam and 100% cotton t-shirts. So glad I just happened to stop in.
