An overlooked gem of the community. I have bought my mom multiple massages here and the only reason she visits me now is to get a massage here. And I would agree, a very comfortable environment with a unique energy experience.

I cannot say enough great things about this spa. My family comes to the dells every April, and we always make sure to book appointments at Cleopatra spa. She offers a wide variety of services and is very accommodating to the needs of her clients. The spa is clean and there is always calming music in the background.

I absolutely love this place I travel 2 hours every year I'm going to make it 3 times a year for now on!!!I love it here!!!@

My husband, adult daughter, and I went to Cleopatras February 2022. It was amazing! We all had mud baths and my daughter and I had facials. Best facial I've ever had! The spa itself is fun, professional, and inviting. Monica is extremely knowledgeable about what she does (read her bio) and has a perfect healing touch. I felt prices were reasonable. We will make this a must on every Dells get away!

Monica at Cleopatra’s Spa was amazing! I frequently receive massages and have even had them abroad. I was SO impressed with the beautiful atmosphere and ambiance of this spa. It literally looks like a museum rather than a spa with an Egyptian theme. I received a massage and facial. My daughter also received a facial and was elated with the service and knowledge of the therapist. (Monica) We will definitely visit Cleopatra Spa again!!!!!

I am super excited to go back to Cleopatra's Health and Wellness Spa! The excellent treatment and wonderful prices are a plus! There is nothing as relaxing as a day of self pampering with trained and licensed professionals!

I had the best deep tissue massage at Cleopatra's ever! The staff was so friendly and made me feel so comfortable and peaceful! I will be back on a consistent basis!!

I have been there several times for different services, and have been extremely happy. Always on time. Friendly staff that takes the extra time to answer my questions. The spa is very clean, calm and beautiful. Worth every penny!

I would LOVE to give this place absolutely NO stars. She is not accommodating AT ALL. I came in for a massage for my boyfriend and I, due to medical issues I wasn’t able to get the massage and was issued a gift certificate that was not professional, but a hand written one. At first I was okay with it but then made a second trip, 2 hours, to get a facial with my friend for her birthday and showed her a picture of my gift certificate. She told me I needed to bring the hard copy in. I was very upset but I understood she needed it so I wouldn’t hand it off to someone else. So I asked for a refund instead and she interrupted me and said she can’t do refunds. I’m very displeased with her customer service. As if she didn’t have any consideration for out of towners visiting. She basically took my money and refused to give me service or a refund. How many times has this happened?? Is this how she runs her business?

I am writing this review on behalf of my wife who just wasted $65 and was to damn polite to say it was a b.s job and get her money back. She wanted to get a Brazilian today and her lady was booked til Thursday. So attempting to get it done sooner tried this place. Needless to say she made another appointment with her regular lady for Thursday anyways. Because it is that bad. She would have been better off shaving it with a 25 cent bic razor. Than she tells me she was charged $65 over the phone when she made the appointment! She f-ing said ok and paid! 1 who the hell charges that and 2 if you charge that much make sure your giving an actual Brazilian and not a reverse Mohawk. Stay away.
