Jason did an amazing job with my car fixing the USB ports so I can use CarPlay. I took my car to the dealership 3 times, they could not find the problem and wanted to charge me upwards of $400. Took it to the Radio Doctor with Jason who found the problem within an hour and a half and fixed it right away! And I only had to pay a fraction of what the dealership wanted too. Highly recommend asking for Jason for all your car audio needs!

Great place to go! They have worked on many of my cars in the past. They just got done with my boat as they installed new speakers, a head unit, and an amp. Memphis Audio sounds amazing if you are in the market. If you are looking for quality and well-priced come to the Radio Doctor! Jason is very knowledgeable.

Arrived late in the day for help with an issue for equipment that wasn't even their own product and staff stayed nearly an hour after closing in order to help ensure that I had my issue resolved. I would strongly recommend them for this experience i had with them, great customer service.

Recently took my 2021 Lexus GX back to Radio Doctor as the V-Line I had them install quite working after 2.5 years. Eric took it upon himself to personally find out what happened, and worked directly with the V-Line company to troubleshoot and update the systems Firmware. Now it works beautifully again. Eric would not take any compensation for his time and effort even though my unit has been out of warranty for over a year. You simply can't buy better service and support then that. He's only concern what that I was happy! Thanks again Eric!

Overall I've had excellent experiences here with their warm staff and fair pricing, even with my difficult European cars! It is definitely a "family" style business so while the level of professionalism isn't what you'd expect from a "franchise" style, your kindness and respect is recognized and rewarded significantly more in the form of returned kindness and respect. Another related difference is how they handle their quotes. If they quote you an hour to diagnose something but they are able to figure out what's going on without taking things apart, I've had the quote significantly reduced or waived altogether. On the other hand, if a repair or installation ends up taking significantly more time than originally expected, they will rightly charge accordingly. Given the "custom" nature of a lot of their work, it is VERY important that you specifically request to be contacted for approval prior to proceeding should the original quote change. I was impressed by the owner's ability to handle his business as well as he does while clearly having his priorities straight in that he appears to always be a phone call away from his family. As an aspiring entrepreneur, this is something I am more than willing to have patience with as it is something I very much respect. Bottom line: as long as you are kind, respectful, and communicate your needs to them, I am confident you will have the excellent experiences with them that I have!

I could not recommend this place more! The knowledge and care are exceptional. They installed an awesome sound system in my new car. When I needed additional support of a different reason they just took me in without an appointment! I offered to pay for the extra support on such short notice. They declined. Top notch service!

My stereo took a dump in my 2013 F150 at 176k. The clock flashed, but no control buttons worked. Didn’t feel the need to go aftermarket for $1000. I pulled the stereo myself and brought it in to the shop. Took less than a week for them to repair it, and it cost me $260 out the door… very happy, would come back here again. Communication and friendliness were both top notch.

Great customer service and a friendly team! I called a variety of places looking for diagnostic help with my viper alarm system and they were the only ones able to schedule me in on a short notice. Beyond the customer service, they are knowledgeable about their products, and were able to figure out the issues with my alarm system. I was looking to modernize my 2008 Subaru by adding hands-free phone, Apple CarPlay, and better sound with a replacement audio receiver. There was a bewildering amount of information from many sources for my project. The Radio Doctor was the only place that gave me the complete explanation and proper options. Their pricing was very competitive. The entire staff were so knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. I am thoroughly pleased with the recommendations and installation, and the sound is fantastic. I have a modern car without buying a new car!

William is the absolute BEST! He took so much time with us, even texting us pictures of what we should see as we asked questions about our remote start system over the phone from home when experiencing trouble about 3 yrs after it was installed. We ultimately delivered the car to him and, under our lifetime warranty, within a day William had it all straightened out (the brain box had failed and a new one was installed). He went above and beyond to ensure we had no money out of pocket and the problem was fixed. He was very professional & patient with us! Made us feel like we were the only customer he had, even though the place was packed with other customers!!

They were able to fix the rattling in my door speakers that had been “fixed” twice by the dealership already. What a relief! And the price was extremely reasonable. It also only took about an hour. Strongly recommend!

After a couple mishaps the first couple times, I’ve been impressed ever since and they can get anything done I need as far as car audio. They have fixed tricky issues at much better costs than the dealer and communication is good.

The radio doctor is a great business, I don't often write good reviews mostly because I want consumers to beware of bad businesses. However, I did a hack job trying to install my own radio in my car and they were able to fix and install a brand new radio with little guidance on which wires were which. They were able to install a brand new radio in a 2005 VW, and that is saying a lot because the wiring is not as easy with foreign cars. So if you are looking for a place to install a radio, they are the place to go!

My original radio in my RAV4 died. Dealership quoted an outrageous amount. Worked with the folks at Radio Doctor and found a great upgrade option for good price. Exceptional local company with a great staff. Thank you Radio Doctor!!!

These guys are pure professionals. Riley was upfront with me about costs and super helpful about what I need in my car (I knew nothing about getting a sub before). The installation was extremely well done and the sub sounds incredible. I am so happy with my purchase there and would recommend them to anyone who wants an upgrade with their speaker system!

Have had them install an existing radio/cd player I had and install a new remote starter. Had some issues with the remote fob and they got a replacement and working great now. Super nice people to deal with. I may have to think about them installing a seat heater in my future.
