Total Wine & More

Total Wine & More is one of our favorite places to shop. It's an entire experience walking in the doors. The employees are wonderful to work with. They offer exciting tasting glasses that we highly recommend booking and attending.

I've done the order pick-up many times here and each time, I'm not waiting long, the order is correct, and the nice employee unlocks the door by the pick-up desk so you don't have to walk around to the door by the checkout lanes to get out again. If you don't order pick-up for the same day, getting the order together is listed as free on the website, though I've found that whenever I order a day or two out, it's been ready the same day anyway. They have some hard-to-find types of non-alcoholic beer with a reliable website showing what's in stock, and the ginger beer I can find elsewhere is less expensive here. I hope the employees here get a bonus, they are doing great.

We always find great deals on drinks. It’s were we stop before we leave Wisconsin for Missouri with New Glarus!

This store has an amazing selection of wine from all over the world. There also have liquor, mixers, and accessories. The staff is helpful. They offer suggestions on their favorites. There is also a large beer section. They offer samples at times, but there were none available when we were there. There is an area where they have classes.

Very helpful staff, especially given the amount of wine available. Found several great specialty blends and at good prices too. Overall a nice place to meander around to see all the unique beverages.

A well lit, clean store with tons of choices for alcohol (including a ton of local alcohol), mixes, non-alcoholic choices, bar snacks and cigars.
There is a wine chiller that will get your bottle cold in the time that it takes you to find your cigar of choice, and grab a bottle of whatever liquor you want.
The staff is extremely helpful and welcoming, and the rewards program has good deals and alerts.
Oh, and boxes if you don't like bags for the day you stock up your brand new home bar. ;)

Excellent assistance. They know the various liquors and offer suggestions.
The small samples give me a chance to taste the subtle differences and get what I will be the happiest with.

Sparkling white wi e Moscato. They always have it stocked and have tons of fun alcohol accessories! I never have had to wait in line long. They share a parking lot with the west town mall and Dave and busters.

A great place to find, wine, liquor, beer, and cider. It can be a lot to take in when you first walk in. Their selection is huge. But the great, knowledgeable, and friendly staff is there to help you with all your questions. You can purchase online and then pick up your items in store as well. If Total Wine does not have what you are looking for. They will help you find where you can purchase the product that you want.

Went here on my way back to Chicago, and was pleasantly surprised on the selection. People were really nice also. Saw they had samples as well, but didn't try any. Kinda early. Maybe next time.

Definitely going to make a special trip for more.

I was helped in the store by a Total Wine employee. I told him my price point and he recommended Cantinero Blanco Tequila.

It turned out to be a very good choice. I was also educated on the different types of tequila and their differences.

Lastly. Before I left the store he offered me a tequila tasting of the 3 main tequila variations.

I went in looking for a bottle of tequila and ended up with a fun and very worthwhile experience.

Total wine & more is a pretty neat store. They have a very wide selection of all types of alcohol and the prices seemed competitive. They also have a wide selection of snacks to go along with the beer, wine and spirits. There is a walk in humidor filed with cigars. It seems like they have everything you need to have a good time. Of course while we were in Wisconsin we had to buy plenty of Spotted Cow from New Glarus brewery.

The prices are good, the selection is great, and the service is phenomenal.

Found exactly what I wanted, fast and easy! Got some good tequila ideas from a coworker just back from visiting his family in Mexico, and I was able to find them here! (He said some of the best you can find in the states…)
Associates here were kind and helpful, loved the conversations and happiness they put out towards the customers.

Wow, they have such a selection of alcoholic items. It's so bright and colorful and the staff are always able to answer my questions. They have variety that not many of the other places do.
