Great service. Even after moving out of the area this is the only place I will take my car to for maintenance/repairs.

Only place I’ll bring a vehicle. Extremely timely and does great work. They never overcharge on parts or labor. The owner is also a very nice guy and easily the most efficient mechanic in the area!

I ALWAYS bring my vehicle here when it is something beyond an oil change or tire rotation. Trust in your mechanic is peace of mind. I never have to worry about being overcharged or having unneeded parts or service done. I just have to say, check everything and do what needs to be done and I'm never worried.

When I had the timing belt changed on my vehicle done, they did more work than the stealership was going to do at about a 40% discount on the quote.

Brian, the owner, can fix anything. We have a fleet of domestic and imported vehicles including Audi, Acura, Lexus, Honda, Dodge and Ford. Brian has 30+ years experience, and it shows. He is always busy, but he knows how to prioritize, he is efficient, and he fixes our vehicles right the FIRST time.

Even though my Lexus is guaranteed for another 45.000 miles, I prefer to take it to Nelson's because they do a better job than the "Luxury" service Lexus promises. I was in Madison and 2 strangers tapped on my window to tell me I had a huge nail sticking out of my tire. I called Lexus immediately, only 5 miles away, and the soonest they could "fit me in" was 2 days later. I hung up and drove straight to Nelson's. They gave me a ride to work and fixed my car in less than an hour. They also changed the battery in my key fob without being asked. Now that's a heck of a lot better than "luxury" service that can't help you when you need it.

We have been bringing our cars to Nelson's for over 10 years. The service is wonderful and timely.

Always takes care of my vehicles in a timely fashion and prices are where they should be.
Wouldn't take my vehicles anywhere else.
